| What a fabulous vacation! The house was great! We had absolutely everything we needed. We really appreciated all of the towels, even an abundance of beach towels! The location was a short walk to the beach. The house was just right for our family. I especially loved the upstairs apartment-like bedroom and bath. A very comfortable house to stay in and very clean. Highly recommended! Thanks for your hospitality, Michele and Dave! |

| FABULOUS House! We have rented in this area for the past 15 years and this is by far the nicest house in terms of size and mostly amenities. There is everything! Plenty of clean shower and beach towels! The beds were very comfortable. Lots of space so if it is a rainy day there is plenty of room to spread out. The lower level was perfect for our pre-teen kids to hang out and play video games or watch their TV shows! Huge dining room table allowed us to all sit together for dinner! Overall a great place to stay! We are Scarbough beach fans and didn't mind driving to that beach knowing we would be coming back to such a great house! The enclosed outside shower is wonderful too! I could go on and on! Thank you Michelle & Dave! |

| We were extremely happy with renting this house. We had 6 adults, 4 children and one infant. The accommodations were absolutely perfect. The three levels each with a full bath made our stay very comfortable. The house was extremely clean and well equipped. The nearby Roger Wheeler Beach was perfect for the little ones due the shelter from the breakwaters. The location is perfect for visits to Newport,many restaurants, ferry to Block Island, etc. And, on top of everything, we were able to bring our dog too! We could not ask for more from a rental. We would give it a rating of 10+. |

| Well, where to begin. Besides the home being perfectly clean and ready to go when we got there and that it was everything they said it was and more the Berry's are great people to work with. This home has everything you need.....all the way down to the wagon for the kids for the walk down to the beach. We wanted to book again before we were done with this years week. You will not regret renting this home. THANK YOU Michele and Dave!!! See you in 2010. |

My two children, their children and I--8 of us in all-- spent a happy week in this house. The house was ideally located, very comfortable in all ways and thoughtfully equipped. It was also easy and pleasant to deal with owner.

| A very nice house with all accomodations you could possibly need in it. Every detail touched upon down to a second fridge in the basement and towels for the beach. The house is very large and has comfortable space for many guests. It is close to many things and only a five minute walk to the beach. I am sure you will be happy with your stay! |

| Our week's stay in this house was truly ELECTRIC! Being our first full family vacation, I was concerned about pleasing a range of ages. This house is perfect for all ages! We couldn't believe how well stocked it was -- towels galore, TVs in every room, and every appliance you could imagine (nothing beats having a washer/dryer when near the beach!) The second kitchen downstairs is perfect for outdoor cooking and the lovely patio and spacious yard was a joy with the kids and adults alike. We've been home 3 days and are already missing the huge screened porch! We loved the short walk to the beach (literally minutes) and the wagon made it super easy with our 3 1/2 year old. It's close to all the great places to eat as well as groceries, wine/liquor, an amusement park, a local veggie stand, convenient stores, and more. The Berrys have truly thought of everything with this house and couldn't have been more attentive. Highly recommended and we hope to come back again! |

| What a FANTASTIC week we had! This house is outstanding! The Berry's have thought of everything to make our vacation absoultely wonderful. There was plenty of room in the house for our entire family (all 12 of us). The kids loved having their own "space" downstairs... they pulled out the sofa bed and watched their favorite videos each night, while we enjoyed the screened in porch upstairs sipping on our favorite frozen drinks...thanks for the blender Michelle! We hope to come back every year and this house is the place to be...the beach is right down the street, the back yard is large enough for the kids to play, TV in every room, internet access...we loved the outdoor shower as well. THanks again! See you next year! |

Michele and Dave's house is wonderful!! So clean and with everything you could possibly want to enjoy your stay at the beach. We have never stayed in a vacation rental which included so many goodies - towels, sheets, BBQ, plenty of outdoor seating, beach chairs, bicycles, and more! The house is fully furnished, tastefully decorated & homey, and very large - plenty of room for everyone. And the best thing for us is that we got to bring our 2 dogs, which was so wonderful! The location of this house is perfect. You can walk to Roger Wheeler beach, the Block Island Ferry is right down the road in Galilee, and Aunt Carrie's, Charlie O's, Spain, and Iggy's restaurants are all right there. You can walk to most or take a 2 minute drive. We HIGHLY recommend this vacation rental.

| What a great place. Several (like 4 1/2) families stayed for the week. There was ample space and all accomadations were perfect. The downstairs basement area is great for those with little children and is like a separate living area. We didn't have to run out for a single thing excpet food. There are great quality pots/pans (unusual for a rental) and a blowdryer in each bathroom. Do not bring a single beach towel!! There are plenty. It was also a snap to clean up after dinner or a night hanging around. The beach walk took about 5 minutes and we easily walked to Pt. Judith. There are also bicycles available. Michele and Dave were extremely welcoming and made it feel like it was our own home. It was a great week and we will be happy to visit again. Just got back from a great week at the beach. The house was great,plenty big enough for 4 adults and 6 kids, clean and comfortable and much better supplied than most houses I have rented in the past. All of those "extras" like bikes in the shed, linens, tons of beach towels, beach chairs, outdoor shower make for a great experience. And the decks on this house are a wonderful spot for morning coffee or just to hang out after the beach. Thanks for a great week

We just completed our first week in Narragansett, and really couldn't have had a better time! The house was awesome, it held all our families really well, plenty of space for everyone! It was clean, and comfy and the nice little "touches" in the house made it feel like a home.
