| This past July 2009 was the best vacation our family has had to date. Last year we also went to Disney World but stayed in a hotel. There is no comparison! The quiet surroundings, private pool and jacuzzi, breathable living areas and with Walmart just down the road, we ran the bar b que grill hot! The entire transaction and communication with Kevin was smoothe and hopefully he'll be hearing from us soon because my 5 year old daughter just can't get over the fun she had and every time my sister-in-law visits (yes, she was also on the adventure), memories of Blossom Hill Loop and Hakuna Matata is the first item on the agenda. | The family is now back in TN after a week in your wonderful house. My daughter said this was the way to go, especially with a young child. The pool was just steps away from the covered porch so when our grand daughter was tired we didn't have to pack up and go in. All of Orlando was within minutes and the easy to find. Neighborhood very clean and quiet. Orange trees were a plus as well. What more can I say? This is the way to vacation (a house with all the amenities, private pool and hot tub). You wouldn't get that at a hotel. |

| This place is awesome! My husband and I stayed here while at a softball tournament in Clermont. Still the best deal around even for just two. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The neighborhood is quiet. Great for walking. The house and accommodations were more than we could ask for. Don't pass it up. |

| What a wonderful home you have. It truly is a "home away from home." Our children loved the swimming pool and of course the game room. The neighborhood is quiet and very close to everything. We look forward to many more vacations here. |

This villa is well equiped and has everything for a great holiday. It is well furnished and decorated and is in a very quiet location within easy reach of the Disney parks, shopping and a wide choice of eating places. The pool and spa are fantastic and just the place to unwind after a day tramping the theme parks. I will certainly look to rent this villa again the next time we fly to Orlando.

We had a wonderful stay at "Hakuna Matata". It was our second time to rent
this home. It is great. A very quite neighborhood. It's nice to come home
to after a long day at the theme parks.
Our grandchildren enjoyed the playground
area. The owner is great, always
communicated with us in a very timely
and courteous manner. With us being
huge Disney fans, we will look forward to renting this home again in the near future and would highly recommend this home for the price,comfort and convenience to the theme park areas.

| We have stayed at this house 2 years in a row (2006 and 2007) It's a wonderful house. We really enjoy the pool. Renting a house in Florida is really the way to go. Much better than a hotel. I have recommended this house to all my friends. Enjoy it for yourself. Janice Leggins |

Excellent accomodations. Very close to Disney(10 minutes approx.) Gas,groceries,etc.all close by.Couldn't ask for a quieter neighborhood.Very relaxing lanai with sunset views.
