| I visited my parents home in April, 2008 for a week. It was wonderful. I used the exercise center, pool, and went shopping with my mother. We went out to eat at area restaurants, took walks, and although I did not play golf, the golf course and practice facilities are excellent. I cannot wait for my retirement and have a home in such a wonderful climate. |

We spent three months in this beautiful home and we loved every minute of it. The home is furnished with every thing that we wanted and the area is a great place to relax, play golf, use of the beautiful exercise equipment in Courta Bellas center is an added plus. We also enjoyed eating at the excellent restraunt in the social complex. We look forward to returning soon

This home is brand new. We stayed in the home from August 17, 2005 to August 26, 2005 to finish the final furnishings,installation of the televisions and radios, and go through the home and landscape orientation.
The home was professionally decorated. Everything is provided. You are sure to enjoy this wonderful home.
