| We had a wonderful time staying in the cabin! Everything was clean and well-maintained. The location is just beautiful! We love how secure the cabin is. We brought our two sons age 9 and 8, one of whom has autism, they had a great time! We just cannot say enough good things about it! Marian has really thought of everything, and she went above and beyond even well before our stay by calling around to find grocery stores in the area that sold foods we would need for our son's special diet. Our 9 year old said it was the "best vacation ever!" We'll definitely be coming back! |

| We were just passing through and only looking for accomodations for 8 for our rafting trip on the Ocoee. This cabin proved to be just perfect, so good in fact that we decided to stay an extra day. Our family of teenagers, parents and grandparents all felt right at home in this VERY comfortable, spotless place (kept in what appears to be brand new condition). Everything we needed was there. Kids found plenty of things to do while the older folks relaxed in the hot tub or sitting on the porch enjoying the gorgeous view and the peaceful solitude of the woods. McCaysville is just 5 minutes away. We found many enjoyable hiking and biking trails in the Ocoee River Olympic Center (just 15 minutes away). Several fun waterfalls that are easily reached are also nearby. Even with our extra day we didn't get enough of this beautiful place. We will surely be back. There was a slight glitch in the access code to the cabin, but the owner was readily available by cell phone and provided an immediate solution. It is so nice doing business with someone who obviously cares enough to provide the very best for her customers. And the icing on the cake...this was the best value by far that I could find after many hours of internet research. |

We just spent the most wonderful week at Holly Pine Haven. We did exactly what we intended to do and that was to relax and enjoy the week. Holly Pine is a beautiful, well stocked, and cared for cabin, from the first step in the door you feel welcomed. The view is breath taking and the new game room is beautiful and provides hours of enjoyment.We have also stayed at Deer Pine and I have to be honest it is hard to pick a favorite. It is an absolute pleasure to stay at the Morelli"s cabins because they think of everything you would happen to need and forgot. We will definitely return again and again.
Thank you Marian and Rich for the privilege of enjoying one of your cabins again.

| We celebrated a family member's birthday the last weekend in January at Holly Pine Cabin in McCaysville, GA. The cabin was decorated in a mountain theme and was extremely well stocked for the renters comfort. We just kicked back and enjoyed nature and reconnected with family. The owners thoughtfulness was apparent in the games, movies, game room, firewood, towels for the hot tub, food supplies, cookware, etc. The view was beautiful and the area provides activities if you wish to partake. We give this cabin a two thumbs up and look forward to more visits. |

This was our 3rd visit. We truly enjoy staying at your cabin. Te view is spectacular! The cabin is warm and inviting and has everything we needed. We only had to bring food and clothes, which makes it so much easier on a working mom. The weather was perfect for the hot tub, firepit at night, and for enjoying the rocking chairs during the day. This is our 3rd New Year's celebration at Holly Pine Haven. Yesterday's rain brought in the cold so that our time by the fire pit was superb. After a day of eating incredible italian cuisine prepard in the well-equipped kitchen, by Chef Ryan, and walking "to the mail bed" with Gracie and building a castle under the supervision of Enoch the builder, with Herm's help, the mesmorizing "sit down" by the fire brought the old year to a peaceful and contended rest. Thanks to Jess, we enjoyed a healthy snack of apples, grapes, and cheese served beautifully in the perfect, out door aluminum container under the magnificant stars of the North Georgia Night Sky.

The place was great for our kids; we all felt at home. We also received a kind phone call from the Morelli's about halfway thought the week- typical thoughtfulness from the owners. Thank you for your hospitality in allowing myself and my colleagues to stay in your magnificent cabin. We enjoyed a fantastic rest at your cabin! (a much needed one in fact:o)) It is hard to express how we feel about this cabin - it feels like someone custom made us a place to hide out from the world. My kids (4 year old boy and 1 year old girl) had everything we needed - portable crib & monitor, gate, XBox and games and movies. All we brought was food and clothes and everything was here already. This is our second New Year's here and I think we have found our favorite tradition - New Year's Eve by the fire. My husband and I and our 2 teenagers (13 & 15) had a great time at the cabin. If you like Mexican Food, go to El Rio in Copperhill, TN - great town for shoppping (small shops). We were hoping for snow, but only got rain :o(. We still had a wonderful Christmas - very cozy with the fireplace, hot tub and fire pit. The decorations and Christmas trees were all awesome!! Thank you for helping us have a wonderful Christmas (we got to miss the tornado's in Florida). We will tell all our friends what a great place you have here! We had a great time! We met in the middle with our family from Michigan. There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids had a blast playing in the yard, roasting marshmallows at night. My husband, 8 year old son, and I all enjoyed our Labor Day Weekend at your wonderful cabin. We loved being away from it all - no noise except for Mother Nature. But close enough - within five minutes from the hustle and bustle of shopping, dinner, rafting, fishing, you name it. I loved the "feel" of the cabin. I don't like to stay anywhere that feels "dingey" and this place is so well kept and maintained that you feel very comfortable. It even smells clean. I absolutely loved our visit and the photos do not do it justice. You have to see it with your own eyes to be able to appreciate it's full beauty.

"We have had a marvelous time this week! What a way to celebrate the new year - a clear starry sky and a nice fire in the fire pit!! Our 3 1/2 year old LOVED the fire pit and so did we :). This was the perfect family get away; we hardly had to pack anything for our 9 mo. old. She was very happy in the high chair and port-a-crib waiting here for us. This has to be the most home-like vacation cabin we have ever been in and it seems as if our needs were anticipated. The kiddies had a blast and Mommy & Daddy got to relax and celebrate the new year spending time with our precious family. We think this should be our new tradition!" We just returned from a wonderful, relaxing weekend at your beautiful cabin. We must say, you guys have put together a wonderful, homey place. We were so blessed to not have to bring all of our baby stuff and used the provided port-a-crib, baby gates and high chair the whole time we were here! Our little guy LOVED the Game Cube system in his room and also LOVED roasting marshmallows over the fire pit. In fact, we were out there several nights in a row, roasting marshmallows, having snacks and enjoying some great outdoors "family time". We were out there so much, we even used up all the wood!
Everything was perfectly thought out and the place was so cozy. We will DEFINITELY be back and are already recommending the cabin to several young families we know. |

The view from the back deck, hot tub and kitchen window is amazing! We cannot wait to go back! We highly recommed this cabin. We've stayed at several others in the area but none were as nice as this one and now I can't imagine staying anywhere else! |

We came up with my parents and our son. We had a wonderful time. This will definitely be a Thanksgiving to remember! The cabin is wonderful, warm and comfortable. You definitely have all the comforts of home (plus a hot tub)! Our son especially enjoyed roasting marshmallows and finding twigs for kindling.
