| We enjoyed our stay at this Dana Point condo during Thanksgiving week. It was so helpful to have so many items and utensils supplied, especially since we had a long day of travel getting there. Our son, age 27, from LA enjoys cooking and made chateaubriand for Thanksgiving dinner, as well as several other special meals in the spacious kitchen. The atmosphere inside and outside the condo was pleasant for us, with charming decor and pictures that made it feel warmly welcoming. We found the accommodations and location to be an ideal location and a wonderful part of our week of sightseeing along the coastal areas and our day trip to the San Diego zoo. We were able to catch the sunset on the ocean most every evening by being so close. It's the kind of place you want to go back to for a future vacation. |

| What a great area. Close to everything by car but very quiet. Great beach, the kids loved the pool as well. The steps to the beach were sometimes challanging (especially going up) but they are building an elevator now which we would have used. The appartment is OK, beds are very good. |

The condo was a great place for us to stay while on our vacation. Dana point is a beautiful area! We also went to Disneyland, San Diego, The American Girl Doll Store and many trips to different beaches. The condo was well kept and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed grilling out and all the fun beach toys! Thanks for sharing your condo!

| We stayed at the Peter's condo for Spring Break this April. This was the perfect location for our daughter's busy agenda of Disneyland, Sea World, Universal Studios and learning to boogie board! The condo is clean, the beds are comfortable and the Peter's were very gracious hosts. Wish we could have stayed longer than a week - we plan to return next year. The only downside was returning to 40 degree cooler weather in Seattle! Thanks again ~ The Codomo's |

| My parents and I had a very pleasant week at the Peters' condo. It was very convenient for visiting my sister in Lake Forest. We were very comfortable even when weather held us inside. The gas barbeque was great for cooking dinners, beds are very comfortable, and the place is very clean. The beach is hike to get to but good exercise and beautiful when you get there. Would definitely recommend it. And, the Peters are very accommodating and very responsive which was very appreciated. |

| Our stay at the condo was wonderful and relaxing. It is such a quiet area and a very nice walk to the beach. It was wonderful to get up in the morning and brew coffee and sit on one of the patios. It was so much better than staying in a hotel and truly is a home away from home. Location is absolutely wonderful to everywhere we want to go - San Juan Capistrano Sarducci's for breakfast, Newport Beach to rent bikes, Mission Viejo to shop. All are within an easy driving distance and of course being able to go down and walk on the beach was especially important to us anytime but especially coming from Iowa in the winter. |

| We are the Williams family and recently spent a week at the Peters condo. We were very happy with the unit and location! We had a great time at Disneyland and visited several beaches. The Pacific Coast Highway is wonderful. We have some extended family in the L.A. area so it was great to cook dinner and relax and catch up on things. The condo was perfect for our family. The kitchen was equipt nicely and their was everything you'd need for your time on the beach. One unexpected item is the kindness of the residents at Niguel Terrace Condos. We had allot of fun swimming, hot tubbing and just talking with the residents! I would highly recommend this rental-its a great value! Thank you Mike and Vilma for allowing us to rent your home. We created lifelong memories their! |

We stayed for 2 weeks in September as part of my wife's 30th birthday celebrations. The condo and Southern Califronia in general were excellent. Everything we needed was supplied in the condo and combined with shopping from the local "Ralph's" supermarket and the nearnt restaurants we were'nt short of good food either! We drove more than 2000 miles in 2 weeks including an overnight in Vegas and still didn't get to see anywhere near everything SoCal has to offer!
I'd recommend it to anyone! |

| We stayed for a week in August 2008 it was part of a three week touring holiday of California. The weather was spot on with warm and sunny days and cooler evenings. We spent time at the beach and in Dana Point but were also able to travel to Sea World at San Diego, Disneyland at Aneheim, Universal Studios in Hollywood and also a one day trip to Los Angeles to visit Beverley Hills, the stars and the touristy stuff. The apartment was ideally located for all of this and more - we found the accommodation to be of the highest standard and extremely comfortable for our family. The local supermarket (Ralphs) is just up the road towards Dana Point so we bought some food in but we also ate out at local places like Rubys autodiner. Highly recommended to anyone thinking about a trip to Southern California and if you also want to visit San Diego suggest you stay a fortnight! We have to come back another time to fit in all that San Diego has to offer. |

We had such a blast at your beautiful condo. The location could not have been any better. Thank you so much for letting us stay in your condo! We had a wonderful week! Everything was clean and inviting. We really like your couch and dining table. My family and I enjoyed our short walk to the beach, our morning coffee near Ritz Carlton. We also enjoyed our visit to Dana Point Harbor and to Marine Institute. Everything was so convenient like going to groceries and a variety of eating establishments!
My kids enjoyed surfing and want more. After a day at the beach the jacuzzi was relaxing and the beds are comfortable. We are glad that we choosed your condo for our vacation in Dana Point it is just short walk to beach access, very quiet for a relaxing vacations and it was everything we'd hoped for and more.

Thank you so much for an enjoyable stay! The condo is very spacious, comfortable, in great location and warm and cozy we felt like we were at home. Everything we needed for a day at the beach was readily available and the cool ocean breezes made our stay very
comfortable, even on a few hot days. We found the location centrally located to many areas we wanted to see. Everything was just perfect! We went to
Catalina Island; it was a great trip. The restaurants around this area are

my wife and two boys stayed at the condo for 5 days. it was quite nice. our vacation to cozumel had gotten canned because of hurricane dean and so we scrambled last minute and found this place on the web. it was as mike had told us and we enjoyed a nice time away from the home, close to the ocean. I recommend it to anyone who wants to stay close to the ocean in orange county for a short vacation.
The only thing is that it doesnt have a/c and so be prepared to use the fans that are amply provided in the place. the evenings are nice and cool though and so it wasnt really a bother.
place is clean and the complex is safe and well maintained. |

This is one of the nicest beach in California! Your place is well maintained and clean. You are right, the pool and jacuzzi are just less than a minute from your doorsteps and we enjoyed going there everyday! We went to Dana Point Harbor and enjoyed strolling there. We bought some knicknacks back home and we still talking about going back in your place. I know that we will get the warm welcome and feel home again there.
