I've been to the island dozens of times and this was the best location I've ever had. The beach is so close and the view is wonderful. The condo is everything you could ask for and was like home in just a few minutes. Owners were outstanding to deal with and we are already planning to go back. This is the way to visit the Gulf and is less expensive than hotels or other larger condos without the hassels. Thank you so much.

| Very nice condo... spacious, clean and comfortable. The view is so outstanding that even though it rained one day while we were there we were still able to enjoy the ocean while sitting in comfort in the living room. The condo is also in a good location on the island. We would definitely stay there again, hopefully real soon! |

The condo is ideally situated on the island and has a million-dollar view of the Gulf. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely
appointed which made it feel like home. The owner was great to deal with and genuinely concerned that the condo was to my liking. I plan on staying here again soon!

| Our stay at the Tiki was wonderful. The condo was charming and very comfortable. We could not have asked for a more beautiful view from our balcony (watched the dolphins each day). The owners were very nice and easy to work with. We hope to return next year. |

This was our first trip to Florida, we enjoyed it very much. Condo is in nice central location, easy access, nicely furnished. Right on the white sandy beaches. Absolutely beautiful view, no crowds or waiting on elevators like the large condo complexes.Everything one could ask for in a vacation rental. 5 minutes to destin........would recommend this location highly, Owners are friendly and very easy to work with.

| We had a wonderful stay at the Tiki Beach. We always love going down to Fort Walton and are counting down the days until we can go back. We would defintely stay with Diane again. She saved us around $200 for just 3 nights stay. |

| We had a wonderful time when we came for the few days around our son's wedding -- in great part due to the peacefulness and comfort we were able to come back to each evening. The condo's size and accommodations were everything we could ask for. And our family particularly enjoyed the beautiful fine white sand and warm gulf water. It was a delight! The condo was great and well stocked with everything we needed! The view and proximity to the beach is absolutely fantastic! My husband and I very much enjoyed having coffee on the balcony and looking out at the breathtaking view! We will be visiting again very soon! Oh yeah...did I say that the view from the balcony was FANTASTIC!!! Thank you!

| The view from your condo really was breathtaking! It was so relaxing just to sit on the balcony and watch the dolphins jumping in the ocean. I loved falling asleep to the sound of the crashing waves. It was a very cozy and relaxing place with everything we needed and I would love to stay again! |

Tiki Beach is a wonderful 1 bedroom condo on the ocean with a breathtaking view. It is located next to the Island Princess and only has a total of 9 units. The condo is on the 3rd floor middle unit. Because being on the 3rd floor the view from the balcony is absolutely wonderful. We have are own private gated access to the beach and it is never crowded. I hope you will enjoy Tiki Beach as much as I do. I try to keep my rates low and give everyone the best price. I also like to give return guest coupons to save on their next visit.
