As a frequent traveler to Honolulu, this is the first time we rented directly from a condo owner listed on VBRO. We are VERY particular about where we stay. The room was extremely clean and well kept, stocked with coffee-maker, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils,and paper towels, iron and ironing board. (You need to bring your own hair-dryer). Very convenient having a microwave and little frig. Loved the balcony and exceptional views, perfect location-about 5 minutes across the hotel walkway to the shopping center. The pool is big and great for kids too. Ala Moana Beach is right across the street. The owner was really helpful and answered all of our many questions and we would definitely recommend renting from him. Also check out his other rental units. We had a great stay!

I'm pleased with my guests comments but need to point out that there is a hair dryer in the unit. The hair dryer is in a drawer in the bathroom and not hanging on the wall.

| Having never been to Oahu, I did lots of looking before booking this condo. What a treat - IMMACULATE (and non-smoking) with new furnishings and even the smallest details covered. A wonderful view of the city, mountains and the ocean. Very convenient to the elevator and ice machine, but yet very quiet (and I'm a very light sleeper). The building is in a great location too - across the street from the ocean/beach park, walking distance (15 minutes or so) to Waikiki, a block off of Ala Moana Blvd, and connected via walkway to major shopping and food court. We rented a car and the covered self parking included unlimited ins/outs, was extremely convenient and spaces were always available. The small refrigerator and basics in the room (silverware, can opener, coffee maker, etc.) were perfect. The view and lanai wonderful for relaxing. Free wired high speed internet in the room and a business center (with printer) downstairs off the lobby were perfect for work or booking activities online. Meeting the owner for check-in/check-out saved us from waiting in long lines in the lobby. The owner was the best - professional, courteous and extremely helpful. All in all, a wonderful experience and highly recommended! |

| I stayed here in Feb. I was excited and rather pleased with this accomodation. Not only is the view good, the shopping close by and the rooms in immaculate condition, the owner made it easy to book and check in and check out. This place is a must stay. My sister is now looking to go and ive recommended she stay here. Fantastic Condo. Would love to see again. |

| The condo unit is in a perfect location adjacent to a large mall with dozens of dining options. Waikiki was about a 15-20 minute walk but we chose to rent a car and explore the rest of the island when we stayed here. We also chose valet parking since the parking garage gets crowded at times, especially the weekend, it's definitely worth the extra couple dollars a day. The room was spacious for two people and was very clean. Most importantly was that the owner lives fairly close by and he made the check-in and check-out process a breeze, in addition to giving us tips on where to go and what to see. I've stayed at other vacation rentals on the mainland and I've run into issues when the owners of the unit are not easily accessible. Highly recommend this unit and owner to all! |

| This unit is immaculate and has a great view of the marina and the park (pictures really don’t do it justice). This was our first experience with renting a condo and also our first time on the island so we were a little nervous. The owner was very professional and helpful and put me at ease before we even arrived. I was so happy with the unit, I recommended it to family members before we even left. I can’t wait to come back and will stay here again if it is available! Thank you so much! |

I have stayed in over 20 different hotel rooms and condos
(3 in this hotel) while visiting Hawaii in the past 12 yrs; this unit
was - by far - the BEST! I would not want to stay anywhere else during my future visits, if this property is available. Besides the fantastic
view, excellent location, lavishing facilities and reasonable price (no
cleaning fee), the owner is a classic Gentlemen.
Highly recommend it to every one including families!

| What a great place to stay! The accomodations were perfect for our family of 5 (baby in a pack N play). The hotel is close to the beach and shopping areas. We walked to all sorts of places from this location. The owner was very courteous and professional. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this place to others and stay here once again. |

| This rental is wonderful. The condo is a great deal compared to the hotel price. The view on the website doen't do it justice- There are both mountain and ocean views. You can't beat the location if you are going to the convention center. AND the hotel is literally connected to one of the best malls around.(Can you tell I enjoyed my stay?!. The owner is so easy to work with. I would rent this unit again in a second. Anne N. |
