| I highly recommend this cabin. Jay Bird's Nest was a wonderful getaway. My family enjoyed our stay tremendously. The rooms were spacious and well stocked with everything your family would need for an extended stay. The view was beautiful and we spent more time on the porch than we ever have in our previous stays in other Gatlinburg area cabins. |

Our family has stayed here 3 years and we have already reserved for this year again. The location cannot be beat and the cabin is like home away from home. Pam (the owner) is so great to deal with. There is no other cabin that even comes close. We love coming down and knowing that it will be a great trip because we know that this great escape will be waiting on us year after year.

| This was our second stay at Jay Birds Nest and it was just as beautiful as the first time we saw it. We love spending our vacation in this cabin. The owners are wonderful to work with and we recommend this cabin to anyone looking for an affordable and attractive place to stay while on vacation. We cannot wait to go back again next year!! |

| Thank you sooooo much for such a wonderful cabin! Exactly as described. We brought our four grandsons from Texas to see the Great Smoky Mountains. My sister-in-law joined us from Chattanooga and we had a great time visiting. Just relaxing on the porch with the hot tub was wonderful. Thanks again for a great cabin! |

| We loved our stay in Jay Bird's Nest. It was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle and most of all the traffic. We made the most of the grill, hot tub, and game room upstairs. The cabin comfortably accomodated four adults and four children. The owners were wonderful to work with. We would highly recommend this cabin! |

| We had a great time at the cabin. We brought my dad and brother along, as well as, our three children and fiance. There were bear paw prints about 20 feet from the cabin and a lizard greeted us on the porch. We would have liked to spend more time but was not possible. The guys went to the Bristol Race on Saturday night. So my daughters and I were at the cabin. Overall, we wish it could have been longer. Maybe next year. Thanks alot!!!! |

| We really enjoyed our stay and by the end of the week it felt like home. The view from the cabin is fantastic! We will for sure be back we loved everything about the cabin. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. |

| We absolutely loved our stay the weekend before Valentines Day. We had about 8 inches of snow and it was beautiful. Nothing beats sitting in the hot tub while the snow is falling.The location is great. We are looking forward to our stay this October. |

| My family loved this cabin. Very clean and with all the amenities you need to have a great time. We loved the peace and quiet of this place and the fact that is less than 10 min drive to Pigeon forge and Gatlingburg (Best of both worlds) |

| Jay Bird's Nest is absoutly beautiful! Not one detail was left out to help make our stay in the cabin perfect! The cabin is in an awesome location, decorated beautiful and has wonderful ammenities. We loved the hot tub, jacuzzi tub, pool table, satelite TV, gas grill, comfortable beds and all the memories we made! We have already told all of our friends and family about this place! |

| We loved this cabin!!!! Very very nice. It has everything you need, we didn't have one complaint with it. The price of the cabin is very generous which allows us to go back. Which we are in December. You will be very happy if you choose to stay at the Jay's Bird Nest. |
