It is our last night here, and our daughter keeps asking, "Do we have to go home?" Needless to say, we have had a fabulous vacation! Your beautiful, spacious condo was just perfect for us. We are spoiled now and can't imagine spending a week in a hotel room!
Vicky and the Secuirty staff were very helpful as well. The guys carried chairs to the beach for us every day. When we decided we needed to rent a car due to our daugher's foot being broken, Vicky had an Avis representative come here and take us to the agency. We went deep sea fishing with W.W. Sports Fishing Charters and caught tons of Tuna, Snapper, Triggers and a Barracuda. Great fun!
This was definitely our best vacation ever, and we would love to oome back again!

hi Betty!!
Cancun was a blast and your condo exceeded all our expectations. the view is fantastic and the place is spacious and oooh sooo comfortable so we all had a chance to relax. we loved it. the location was perfect with shops and restaurants within walking distance, we run into an interesting situation at the beach at Riu next door with some folks sunbathing with less clothing than narmal but that didn't stall our fun, the dids kept busy with the waverrunners and frolicking in the ocean. it was cute.

We had a wonderful time - had previously stayed next door at all inclusive - this place had absolutely wonderful privacy and security - the staff was wonderful and courteous - we love the attention we received from Security - the condo was suppled well with amenities and very spacious - would recommend to any future cancun visitors. FYI: The washer only on medium water level and ya may trip a breaker in kitchen area. Double headed shower was absolutely wonderful! Please enjoy Wilma and Wilson - the coconuts we saved and decorated!! Had a gread time! Keady's & Willis's

The condo was great! My "girls" had a great time in Cancun. They spent a ton of time sun bathing - a couple went parasailing & they went snorkeling.
This is our last outing as a troop of Girl Scouts. This fall they all head off in different directions for College.
What they enoyed most was the night life. It's hard to keep your eye on 5 pretty girls in those night clubs.

Found 2 fabulous restaurants - "La Destileria" on the lagoon side across from Ruth's Chris Steak House & Luxury Mall - food is extraordinary & staff is very attentive.
"Lorito Joes Lobster Shack - Past Destileria - tucked in near "La Dulce Vita" - food & service is excellent.

Thank you for the use of your beautiful, centrally located & well-appointed condo. We loved the decorating, spaciousness & big kitchen (great gym, too).
Our son, Tyson, just completed a 4 mo. scuba instructor course in Manzanillo, Mx. His 1st job will be here, in Cancun, at Manta Divers. Housing is expensive, but he found a studio en el Centro. His fiance, from Mazatlan joined us.
It was a working vacation, but we did all scuba dive 2 days & enjoyed dinner at Pat O'Brians's (Cajun) & Paloma Bonita (Mex.)

Hi Betty,
I don't even know where to start. One thing for sure is we all had a fabulous time, you have the most beautiful home! I must thank you for opening your doors to us. Even those two weeks was a short stay for us. I just hate packing up my bags to return back home... I received the message you left for me on my cell phone on Tuesday, May 15, 2007, I guess I was so busy getting everything ready for our trip to Cancun that I did'nt even bother checking my cell phone so I apologize for that. I think this is why Olga kept calling us regarding the days we were staying at the condo. Olga kept calling or showing up at the condo asking when we were leaving because she was confused on the days of our stay. Just so you know Monday, May 14 as we are getting ready to leave we heard alot of hammering in the condo right above yours and as we did a last minute check to make sure we didn't forget anything I went into the maids quarters bathroom and water was leaking from the ceiling of that bathroom, so I immediately called maitenance and they went over to look at it and said they would take care of it. But we were already basically out the door so I don't know what was the outcome of this incident. But other than that we had a great time and most definetly we will continue to look you up without a dought stay at your place when available.

I just wanted to drop you a quick note and let you know that EVERYONE had a FABULOUS time in Cancun. We all loved the condo, the views were incredible. The weather was perfect.
We even had VIP status while we were there. Apparently, one of your neighbors, Jennifer, happens to be the wife of David Krouham, who is President and CEO of Grupo Anderson. They own Senor Frogs, Carlos and Charlies, Shrimp Bucket, etc. Jennifer invited us to a private party they were throwing by the pool area for a colleague of theirs. She introduced us to her husband, David, as well as Abe, the bodyshot manager at Senor Frog's. Abe learned that we were down in Cancun for my brother's bachelor party, so he invited us to come to Senor Frog's and hooked us up with VIP access. We had three reserved tables, security guards, cigars, the works. We had so much fun we went back the next night and had VIP access once again.
Everyone we met in Cancun was extremely friendly. Olga was a great resource, as we directed all our questions to her and she always had an answer for us.
The spa was awesome. $100 for a 2 hour massage. You'd NEVER find a massage that good for that cheap back here in the US. We ALL got massages. Some of us went multiple times.
Thanks for all your help. It made our trip that much more enjoyable.
The vacation couldn't have been any better.
Some of us are already talking about coming back again. We'll definitely be staying in your condo when we come back.

I would just like to thank you so much for all that you have done. You have certainly made it so easy for us. I truely appreciate the way you have set up the pick-up and drop off at the airport. Each and every time that we have been in Cancun my worst nightmare is the airport. Trying to get someone to drive us to our hotels takes forever because they have to fill the van with toursit heading out to the same hotel area, that just frustrates me because you just sit and wait when all I can think about is getting to my hotel room and relaxing.

We wanted to write and tell you what a wonderful time we had. The condo was beautiful and everyone loved it. They all raved about the showers and said they were beautiful. Our grandchildren had the best time ever, they played at the beach everyday and it was hard to drag them out. The sand at the beach was so soft and didn't get hot even on the hottest days. I think our beach was the nicest of all of them. We always got a cabana on the beach and the guard always helped us if we needed any chairs. The pool was very nice also and all the grownups loved it there. All of us women got a massage and it was great after our long flight there.
Just to let you know Olga was there to meet us at the front gate and she was terrific. When ever we needed to ask about some thing she would get back to us pretty quick.
We would like to thank you for letting us share your beautiful condo with our family and I hope we can come back soon.
Just to let you know my husband did really good in cancun because he is so much healthy now and can do so much more then before.
Well thank you again and I hope we can do this again sometime in the future.

Just wanted to let you know that we are having a FABULOUS time. The weather has been perfect. The condo is very spacious and has all we need, the pool is excellent and the beach access is perfect.
We had a cook come Sat. & Sun. She was wonderful. Unfortunately she can't come during the week because she has another job. I had bought some fresh fish and lobster from a local who had just come out of the water from spearing them. She did a Mexican lunch for us also one day. We think we will go down to Bubba Gumps tonight.
We really love the facilities and especially like that are such few people here. We walked down the beach and saw all the people at the hotels. We almost got claustrophobic from just looking at it.
We have made use of the spa (massages and pedicures).
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that everything is going well. Olga has been helpful.

Just wanted to say thank you for the use of yur villa for our short trip to Mexico. The unit itself as well as the Puerto Morelos area was wonderful. It was so sad to see just how much destruction the hurricane caused, though. One thing we did forget was to leave a tip for the cleaning staff at the villa. I was wondering if it would be possible to your to take $25.00 from my security deposit before you return it and get it to the correct party or at the very least if you would have an address where I could mail them something?
Once again, thank you so much for your kindness & hosptality. I we decide to return to Cancun area we will most definity look you up.

We had a good time in Cancun. The condo is very nic and the management is good. We did not have light in the second room and also the bathroom, but the management came to fix it next day. One day we don't have hot water, they came to fix in the afternoon. The people there are very kind.
