| My wife and I stayed in this condo in January of 2009, and very much enjoyed the experience. After visiting Vida del Mar, I am of the opinion that the Chiapas building probably has the best location of any from which to enjoy the view. While our experience in seeing the inside of other units is obviously limited, I am also led to believe that #197 is one of the better appointed units. The owner is very concerned that her guests have a positive experience, and certainly went out of her way to solve a very minor problem that we had with internet service. We found the Vida staff to be friendly, helpful, and efficient. Because of the close proximity of the ocean, the sound of the waves can be quite loud, especially at night, and Audrey's advice to bring ear plugs should be heeded. The location is somewhat remote, and unless one has a vehicle, getting into town and back to shop can be expensive and inconvenient. If one is looking for a beautiful place to relax in very comfortable surroundings, I would definitely reccommend it. |
