Hi Alan,
We had a wonderful time in Orlando (and in Miami, New York and Sanibel Island as well!!).
As I mentioned in me sms to you, your house was wonderful and just perfect for 2 families.
It was located perfectly well for our needs (Disney, SeaWorld, Universal etc).
I will recommend your house to a couple of families in Sweden that will be travelling to Orlando during 2010,
so hopefully you will recieve some more Swedish guests!

Your villa was very comfortable with a delightful view over the lakes, catching the sunset in the evenings.
The service provided by Florida Leisure was second to none in dealing with any issue.
You have a lovely home there, in an excellent position and with a nice pool and we had a great time.

Hi Alan, we had a great time at your villa. The location is extremely convenient for Disney, and we enjoyed the pool with its private outlook. A spacious well equipped home.
My son and daughter in law particularly enjoyed the hot tub. Good quality towels as well, and that’s not something you get in every villa!

| We had a great holiday in Florida. This was the first time we rented a home and it was so wonderful to be able to come home after a busy day at the theme parks and have some space and a peaceful atmosphere to relax in. The location was excellent, and the home was well kept with all of the items needed to make our stay very comfortable. |

| The villa is lovely and lived up to our expectations; it had everything we needed. We particularly liked the location of the villa as it was very peaceful, and very handy for the theme parks; we also loved the fact it overlooked a lake. Would definitely recommend. |

| We just got back from Florida yesterday. We had spent a significant amount of time researching properties to rent in Florida. Our family of six chose to stay at Swaimhneas for nine nights. This was our first time renting a privately owned property, so we were a bit nervous, but everything was better than we could have hoped. Your home is spacious and beautiful. Our four children were excited to have their own bedrooms. The proximity to groceries, restaurants and theme parks was very good. The lakeside setting (which was one of the reasons we chose Swaimhneas) was beautiful and relaxing. We especially enjoyed having our own pool and hot tub. We would love to stay again and will definitely be recommending your home to our family and friends. Thank you for making our vacation so relaxing and memorable! |

| We would highly recommend this house, it is so spacious and homely. We went for xmas and had a wonderful time.The house is easy to find and well situated to all the parks, shopping malls , outlets , and restaurants.When we go back to Orlando we will stay here again. |

The management company were exceptionally good rectifying the very small query we had very quickly. We have been going to Florida for many years and stayed in many villas and can honestly say this was one the best. We will be recommending it to friends and family and once we get next years hols arranged we will be in touch.

Just returned from a wonderful stay in Sunset Lakes. Could not recommend the house highly enough. So bright and spacious it is ideal for relaxing after those long days in the theme parks. Especially enjoyed the pool and the setting overlooking the lake is fantactic. Everything is literally on your doorstep, so near the Parks, restaurants, shops etc. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

We were extremely happy throughout the rental process. This was our first time renting a home from the internet and Alan made everything simple and gave us a great sense of security.
The risingstarsunset com web site coupled with Alan's advice and directions made for a trouble free experience in finding and getting orientated in the home.
The property was very well presented and ideal for our two families of 4 Adults and five children. The location was superb for the parks, shopping and dining. I am happy to recommend Suaimhneas as an ideal Family home for exploring the many thrills of the Orlando area.

| We had a wonderful time at your beautiful home. There was plenty of room for everyone and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the hot tub and pool. It was very relaxing to come back to the house to eat and swim instead of waiting at a restaurant. We have stayed at numerous homes in Sunset Lakes and really enjoyed yours. The management company was very responsive to our requests. |

| What a beautiful, spacious home to come back to after a long day at a Disney Theme Park. The quiet neighborhood surrounds a lake which can be viewed from the kitchen, family room, master suite, and the first floor queen bedroom. That queen bedroom also has a slider out to a unique waterfall pool which was relaxing and fun! The new hot tub was just what we needed after a long day of walking. The house was clean and provided us with all we needed! The location was particularly great. We came back from Disney midday to swim and eat, then went back to a park later. This house easily accommodated 2 families. |
