The month has gone by quickly. The snow has been incredible and the accomidations have been First Class. We have hardly gone into Aspen, which speaks to the quality and quantity of good restaurants in the Basalt area. It truly has been a memorable stay and we hate to leave. Am already thinking about next year.

| We spent 3 glorious weeks at Cindy's loft. It was exceptional and exceeded our expectations. We had the opportunity to host a dinner party for some 25 people to celebrate my son's wedding -- the loft added to the festivities and was loved by all. Will definitely come back. Thanks Cindy |

Wow! What a house! I feel like I'm staying in a posh Manhattan loft. We cooked at least 2 meals a day, and never needed a thing. The boys loved the high definition TV and surround sound. The location is perfect... out of the way, but an easy walk to downtown. The towns people were so friendly, and they had time to get to know us. The steam shower was awesome, and it was Therapeutic for our son, Kevin, who was having a bout with a cold. We will be back! Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful home.

| We have stayed in this amazing loft two years. It is a personal residence that is available while the homeowners are away on a project out of the country. Part of me wants them to never come home! That being said, glassware artwork,furniture is as you would expect in a multimillion dollar property that is NOT on a rental plan. The lighting, sound system, design and renovation are spectacular. Charming,stylish bohemian town 20 minutes from downtown Aspen. The restaurants and shops in Basalt are just as interesting as those in Aspen. I have been to Aspen the last 7 years. I would highly recommend it. |

Cindy and her condo are equally charming . Cindy is responsive and reeasonable. The condo is impeccable both from architectural and furnishings stand point. The kitchen sublime.
My only critique is the strage lock on the door .

Wow. A stunning entrance effect! The place was perfect for the eye - and yet also perfectly appointed - such thoughtful details - from the kitchen - to te fact that amazingly the remote worked!
We enjoyed getting to know Basalt - spent hours at Heirlooms - the consignment shop in between commuting to Aspen for skiiing and doing as Aspenites do - shop and look tre' cool at 39 degrees. We saw Chris Isaak at Belly Up and sadly no "free" celebrity sitings. Thank you for a wonerderful place!

What a wonderful rooftop! Wow! You can see the whole sky and the stars are out, it can take your breath away. We stayed here for two wonderful months, we really enjoyed walking to Cafe Bernard's for breakfast, we slept on te roof. (well until it rained). We enjoyed this stay and thank you so much!!! We found ourselves well accomodated,

I wanted to thank you so much for renting you home to the boys and I. I can't believe that I left without taking thier picture in front of the building with "Smith Bros". Your loft is incredible. You have done such a great job with it. I certainly hope that we left it in good order. You were so sweet to have my Mountain Dew! We never cooked. Love Cafe Bernard for breakfast. The boys did the blacks on Aspen this year. My ten year old officially eclipsed me as a skier on double black.

| We truly enjoyed being in this wonderful space so much we stayed an extra month.This is a fabulous loft with Ritz Carlton amenities at Holicay Inn prices. Nothing is more relaxing after a day of skiing, than the steam shower, unless of course it's the whirlpool bath. Then you can stroll into the gorgeous gourmet kitchen to whip up your favorite meal. If you don't feel like cooking, just a two-minute walk away, are six of the areas best restaurants. You will be a 12 to 15 minute drive from four of the nations top ski areas, within a few hundred yards from two of Colorado's most famous gold medal trout streams, and a similar distance from renowned hiking trails on vast national forest lands. Enjoy the charm of Old Town Basalt without the hassle of Aspen crowds. We did and loved every second of it. |

My husband and I stayed at this property over the Christmas period of 2005. This is a beautiful property in a fantastic location, close to world class skiing and the beautiful ambience of Aspen Colorado.
I would highly reccommend this property to any couple wanting a relaxing getaway in a gorgeous home with the best appliances and furnishings. Nothing has been forgotten at this home, steam room, spa bath, fireplace, central heating, surround sound music and wide screen television. This home would accomodate up to 4 people comfortably. I would not hesitate in recommending this property to others.
