| We stayed at the duplex for a kidless adult getaway with friends. The house was beautiful and was perfect for our group of 12. The views were breathtaking and the shuttle to the slopes was close. Karen was great with helping us with anything that we needed. Thank You...we will be back! |

| I have stayed in the duplex twice now and both times have been wonderful. Karen and Doug are so accommodating and make sure everything is to the highest standards. We will never stay in a hotel again in Breckenridge after coming across this property. Thank you!! |

| This property is absolutely, without question, the best! We've stayed several times and are always so pleased. It has all the comforts of home and then some! It is immaculate, luxurious, and attention to detail is 100%. We would never stay anywhere else!!! |

| What beautiful homes! The interiors are warm and cozy. Both homes have all the necessary amenities with no expense spared. Renting both homes worked out great for our(large)family vacation. Karen & Doug have done a great job at making you feel at home. Thank you for such a great experience. |

First class accommodations that would please anyone. Beautiful views and just the right distance from town to avoid the crowd but still within walking distance with very efficient, free shuttle service near by. Highly recommended. Hope to return.

| Everything and I do mean everything was fantastic. The view from the hot tub is so beautiful when you watch the sunset. The owners,Karen & Doug, have done a wonderful job of making sure that all the finest details are taken care of. They went out of their way to make assist us with any request and no question was too small to answer. The only down side is that we had to leave. |
