The race was great this year. Temps were cool and the sun was shining. No afternoon showers or thunderstorms. We all had personal best times on the Peak this year.
The cabin was a great place to relax before and after the race.

We enjoyed the Forest House very much. Absolutely beautiful! I think we were very fortunate not to have that big snow storm the weekend we were there.
The next time we plan a trip southwest, we hope to be able to stay in the Baby Bear Cabin. That way we can experience all 3 of your properties.

Hi Gay! We're back home in Indiana (we almost had to take a boat due to all the flooding!). I just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time at your cabin and hope to return again! The cabin was beautiful and I hope we didn't overlook any messes! We really enjoyed the hot tub and the scenery. We did some hiking in the woods and walked through the entire neighborhood. We took a drive through Cripple Creek and Phantom Canyon Road -wow!

Are stay was truely a grand adventure.The house was everything we could of asked.
The veiw was amasing with all the snow and mountain scenery. We are definetly going to try to stay with you again next year when we visit because you provided everything we needed and then some. thanks for a wonderful vacation in colorado.

The boys bought a nerf gun set while we were there and had fun playing outside the house..hiding behind trees ,ect so if you find any foam bullets around you know where they came from :-)
We also had a deer family come and hang around the cabin one morning! That was really fun! I will have to send you the pictures I got of them...perfect for your website when promoting the house :-)

We enjoyed our stay at your forest house. My mother absolutely loved the place! The hot tub and grill were a welcome amenities, and the weather was perfect for enjoying them. During our stay we took a tour of the Wolf Rescue. It was one of the coolest adventures we've had, and my family is STILL talking about it. My sister is already talking about returning next year. If we do, we'll try for the Deer retreat next time, as soon as we know of my family's travel plans.
It was nice renting from you. Till next time.

We had a great stay here. We loved having meals on the large deck. It was beautiful. We saw deer walk across the back. It was nicely located. We visited Cripple Creek, Colorado Springs and a variety of other places. The house is well furnished. We went with a house full and did not want for anything.

We had a ball. the kids chased the chipmunk. Saw 3 young elk and one small bear. I was on the phone and looked out to see a bear tearing up the trash. He got on the porch, tore off the lid and had the trash scattered and we didn't even hear him. Pikes Peak os 6.3 miles from here by my GPS.
