| We just returned from a wonderful long weekend in Julie and Steven's condo. It was everything we had hoped for! The kitchen was perfectly equipped, the condo was so cozy and our two boys loved to sled right out the front door! The view was amazing from the living room. It was literally steps from the 4 o'clock run at the end of the day. This is a wonderful place to stay in Breckenridge! |

| We enjoyed our stay in Julie and Steve's condo. The condo was clean and very comfortable. Skiing "in" from the four o'clock run nearly to the front door was a treat. I would recommend this property for a relaxing stay in Breck! |

| We stayed in Julie and Steven's condo March 26-31 of 2007. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the extra TLC that the owners offered. The condo is very comfortable and we felt at home there, with niceties that were unexpected, such as a stack washer/dryer in the unit, along with the laundry soaps, etc. Fresh beans were in the grinder ready to make fresh coffee the 1st morning. | Really enjoyed your condo. Great location on Four O'clock run and quick access to Snowflake Lift. Condo was very comfortable and well equipped for our family. The humidifier helped a lot. The kids liked the sled in the closet for use on the nearby slopes. |
