We have stayed at other properties at Big Sky over the years and this was by far our favorite place. Lots of room for 3 adults and 4 children, comfortable beds, with all of the amenities you would expect at home. This place has a lot of room. The condo was exceptionally clean (much more so than resort managed properties we have stayed at in the past) and what was really convenient for us was that it was all on one level so it was easy for my mother-in-law to keep an eye on our little ones while my wife, oldest son and I skied. The ski-out is a about a 50 yard walk across the parking lot, step in the skis and ski another 50 yards down to the Lone Moose triple chair. The ski in involves skiing past the Thunder Wolf chair from Big Horn or Elk Park Meadows (you do need to keep a little speed), and skiing along an access to the uphill side of the parking lot, and a 30 yard walk to the door. What is nice is you don’t have all the base area lift lines and congestion to get out skiing in the morning rush. I was a bit nervous about arranging our stay through a private owner, but the booking arrangements were simple, and this was one of the best stays we have had at Big Sky. We will definitely stay at this place again when we return to Big Sky!
