| My sister and I brought my mother there for here birthday in August, 2009, we have the most wonderful time, the condo was great! The resort wonderful and the beach was fun. Have dinner at the Rio it is really the best. Would love to say again! |

| My husband and two teenage daughters (19 & 17) stayed in this condo the first week in June. It was very nice and clean. We have stayed at the MB resort 4 times and this is the nicest condo so far. It was very comfortable and had an excellent stocked kitchen. It even had saran wrap,foil,and baggies!!!I would definetly stay again!!!! |

| Mr. Basset's condo is GREAT!!! I stayed during Memorial Day Weekend and I would have to say that out of the 4 years that I have stayed at the Resort, that this was the best room that me and my friends had ever stayed in. Mr. Basset handles everything swiftly and promptly and I can not wait to visit again. Thanks So Much!!! |

| We enjoyed our stay in your condo and would be glad to stay there again. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The girls (and the moms too) had a wonderful time swimming in the various pools and lazy river. |

| Our friends, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the Myrtle Beach Resort. Bob's condo is nicely decorated, very clean, comfortable, with the kitchen stocked with all the needed utensils. I don't know of anything else we could have wanted. |

My damage deposit was returned to me in less than a week after our trip. I would recommend Bob's condo to any of my friends. |

| My family and I enjoyed our stay in Bob's condo. It was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our vacation. The condo is close to the beach and has a great view. We have tried many places for vacation in Myrtle Beach but have finally found one that has everything we are looking for. Also, Bob was an outstanding person to deal with from the time of our first inquiry through the return of the security deposit. I highly recommend this condo to any one looking for a clean, fun, affordable family vacation. |

| Bob,your "Ocean View Delite" was great. Everything you had described was exactly as it appeared. We have been staying at Myrtle Beach Resort for probably the past 10 years and I can honestly tell you this is the first time I would refer a unit to anyone I know, or consider a return stay. My family and I would surely enjoy the opportunity to stay in your unit again. I also appreciate the fact that you are handling your own rentals this year, the personal touch was an added bonus. Agencies are oftentimes caught up in the rush of the season and do not show the appreciation in which we experienced with you. Again, thanks for making our stay a memorable and enjoyable one. We look forward to staying in 528B again! |

Mr. Basset's Myrtle Beach Resort was absolutely wonderful! He has done an outstanding job of advertising exactly what he has in this condo, which is all the luxuries of home. My family had a very relaxing and enjoyable vaction while staying at MBR. We have absolutely no complaints and we recommend this condo to anyone looking for a clean, very spacious and affordable place to stay during a Myrtle Beach vacation! We can't wait until next year!
