| Our family just returned from a week long stay at 200 Edgewood in Hot Springs. We had a great vacation. The house is conveniently located. It was nice and spacious, and very clean. We found everything we needed there, plus lots of little extras you won't expect. John's maps and knowledge of the area were awesome. We would totally recommend staying here for your family trip to Hot Springs. |

| 200 Edgewood is a wonderful home away from home. Everything you need for a family to feel comfortable and relaxed can be found. Plenty of space for everyone to stretch out! The pictures and the descriptions given are everything they say they are. Our family of 5 + our dog Pee Wee had a wonderful week at 200 Edgewood! We hope to visit again in a few years. |

| Our family throughouly enjoyed our stay at Edgewood House this May. Our 5 children had plenty of room to sleep and play and everything we wanted to do was close to the house. We didn't bring our dog, but I think even she would have felt right at home. Our thanks to John and Anne for being so helpful! |

Great location for us. Everything is close... The crystal mines, great parks with running streams and historical downtown. This house is roomy and cozy.We are a family of 5 plus Grandma.John was very helpful with suggestions on where to go and what to see. Our three sons had a great time running around and playing with their two children. We enjoyed the yard as well. Thank you for a great vacation. The Pehlmans |

| We just returned from a 4-day trip to Hot Springs. This trip was a reunion for old friends from KY and OK and we had a wonderful time while staying at 200 Edgewood. We were near all of the great things to see and do while in Hot Springs, but were also able to enjoy coming "home" when we were done being tourists and just wanted to hang out and catch up with old friends. Staying at 200 Edgewood was definitely the best decision we made about our trip! John and Martha were so accomodating and helpful and when we needed more blankets and washrags, as a group of 6 women will tend to do, John and his sons brought over what we needed almost immediately. Thanks for a wonderful time in Hot Springs! |

We enjoyed our stay so much! We have 4 kids and the yard was perfect for playing and climbing trees. John and Annie were wonderful to us and provided everything we needed. The location of the home is perfect, so near to parks and town. We were very comfortable and could spread our kids out during quiet time. We stayed a whole month and homeschooled on the dining table, and of course with all of the attractions in the area. Thanks John and Annie for everything- for the quiche, gingerbread, coffee, babysitting, picture, and especially the friendship! Ya'll are the best. |

| We just returned from a week long stay at the Edgewood house and we found it to be exactly what we needed. There are five of us - two adults and three kids ranging in age from 4 to 15 - and there was plenty of space and plenty of things to do in the house or nearby in Hot Springs. We loved having the washer and dryer and we cooked everyday and didn't need anything that wasn't already there. Prior to our arrival, John was very helpful to provide us with ideas for things to do while we were in Hot Springs. That ended up being quite helpful as it rained every day we were there making Magic Springs a less attractive option. We would definitely stay at Edgewood again! |

| We stayed a long weekend at Edgewood House. We found the accomodations more than satisfactory. The house was very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. I was surprised at how big the house actually is! It was especially convenient to everthing we wanted to do while in Hot Springs since it is centrally located in the city. John was very helpful in providing us lists of local restaurants and both John and Marsha could not have been more accomodating to our family. I would highly recommend the Edgewood house to any family that would enjoy the extra space and comfort of staying in an actual home compared to a hotel room. We will definately be back to the Edgewood House. |

| My family drove from California to spend the Christmas holiday here with me. At the last minute we realised the arrangements we had made for them would not work because of my grandmother's knee problems. The owner at Edgewood was extraordinarily helpful and was willing to accomodate them at the last minute. The house if very comfortable, perfect for a family of six or so. The beds are nice. The house is set up very nicely for family co-existing together, the quarters aren't too close. Parking is good. And stairs into house are minimal. We really liked the dining set up and had a dinner party with guests from Hot Springs. We were very pleased to spend our holiday together at the Edgewood house. |

We enjoyed our stay at Edgewood House and really appreciated the hospitaity we received. John and his family, and staff, were more than accomodating. Our expectations were exceeded by the exterme cleanliness of the house. If you prefer privacy and a down home feel than this is the place. Thanks for everything! Until next time, The Crawford Family. |

| Cozy home...great price! Very close to historic downtown, maybe a 5 minute drive. We loved being able to bring our dog. The convenience of a washer/dryer turned out to be helpful for us. There were 6 in our group, 4 adults, 1 teenager and 1 child. My only 2 negatives were the bedroom w/ the full size bed was not very comfortable and a few more utensils for cooking in the kitchen are needed, however the house is so well located that we were able to work around this. We truly appreciated the wireless internet which we used a lot. |
