| We just returned from our wonderful stay in Keystone Colorado! Our condo in the Timbers was perfect. We were pleasantly surprised with how nice it was! The place was kept up perfectly! The views were wonderful of the mountains and snake river. We enjoyed the outdoor area with the stone arch, so pretty! Thanks again, we will hopefully be back one day! |

| We had a teriffic time at the timbers 3066. We enjoyed every aspect of it, from the closeness to the slopes to the warm coffee in the lobby. I would highly recomend this property. It has everything one could ask for and more. We can't wait to go back. |

We enjoyed our stay at your Timbers condo tremendously! Great slopeside location, easy access to slopes, a 5 minute walk from the River Run village, nice furnishings, tons of space, and Timbers is a great building with lots of amenities (our kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool, and we enjoyed the fitness room and hot tub). The kitchen was also great and was well equipped for cooking meals a couple of nights.
Keystone is great ski area for families with varying abilities. It has a nice variety of terrain and modest lift lines. For advanced skiers looking for a challenge, Keystone offers snowcat rides up a ridge to two back bowls from which one can ski down ungroomed powder runs. Keystone is one of the closest ski areas to Denver International Airport (1.5 hours).
We also strongly recommend purchasing multi-day tickets a minimum of a week before your arrival. In addition to saving you a lot of money, it also allows you to ski at Breckenridge, Arapahoe Basin, Vail and Beaver Creek (all are within 20-25 minutes). |

| Ski-in ski-out is the only way to go. It was really easy every day for everyone to get up and just ski over to the gondola. We loved it. The spa tub in the master bath was great. The Timbers is quiet and really beautiful. We loved your condo. |
