| This was a delightful home for our family of 10 during our oldest daughter's wedding week June 20-26th... on the beach at The Marriott. The location was the best part. Walked to beach, tennis, golf, bars, restuarants and the general store. We hosted cook outs with plenty of room indoors and out, and the kids loved the pool. Location, location is the key! |

We stayed in this great house June 13-20th and we loved it!! The location is perfect-right on the lagoon and minutes from the beach! We had four teenage girls and two teenage boys with us and we had plenty of room. They loved the house and the pool. We rented bikes and rode all around Palmetto Dunes. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn't change a thing about the house! Thanks for a great vacation! the shells, cuyahoga falls, ohio |

| My husband and I stayed at this house in August, 2008, and we couldn't have enjoyed our visit any more. We have an infant, and this was the perfect house for us. He loved to crawl on the carpet and to look out the windows. Also, the pool was perfect because we could sit outside with the monitor while he was taking his two naps a day. Additionally, the location is amazing. We walked to the beach with a baby and all of our gear, and it was no problem. We absolutely had the best time and would stay here again in a heartbeat! |

We booked this house at the last minute Labor Day, 2008, after our other rental property fell through. This was a great turn of events for us. This house was perfect for our group: spacious enough for a large group, but intimate enough to have a good time. The house is basically across the street to the beach, but also right no the Lagoon. This is great if you want to enjoy the water, but not be directly on the beach. Bring your fishing pool because you will be able to fish right off the dock. There is also a canoe if you like to row- bring your own paddles because they are not included. There are great bike trails around Palmetto dunes and a beautiful manicured golf course.. The owner was very easy to work with and accomodated our last minute booking.

| We stayed the week of July 4th and had a blast. This was a wonderful place to stay and I can not say how easy it was to get to the beach and how relaxing the deck and fishing pier were. We had 6 adults and 3 children and the house gave use plenty of room. The children enjoyed fishing, swimming and biking. The dining area was great and we had room for all around the table for dinner. The children can't wait to go back they are already asking and we can't wait either! |

| We selected this house for our vacation because of the helpful and positive comments made by previous renters. And they were correct--it was a great house in a great location. My husband and I stayed with 2 other couples and the house offered each privacy and also spacious common areas for sharing. We had a great time. |

What a GREAT location. Other than an ocean front hotel room we have never had a better location. With the waters of the lagoon visable right out the Den windows we even enjoyed the one rainy day. We hosted our other family group (they had rented a home in Sea Pines) two nights. We fed a total of 18 people and had plenty of plates, glasses, etc. for everyone. The gas grill is wonderful and HUGE. We had a fabulous cook out. We used the pool every day and enjoyed it enormously. We've had BAD hotel experiences where they pick up your towels if you leave your seat and go into the pool or walk out to the beach. So it was really great to have our own pool. My husband walked accross the street to the driving range and to take our sons and grandsons golfing. The free tennis was lots of fun. Our daily walks and bike rides on the beach were terrific. We even walked to dinner at Alexanders saturday evening. When we take a beach vacation we want the beach to be really accessable - and it was. The best ever. The house is so spacious. The vaulted ceilings in the great room made the room seem really HUGE. Of course when we weren't outside we enjoyed the big screen TV - just like home - much better than any hotel. The kitchen with its granite counters, stainless appliances and hardwood floors was a pleasure to work in. There are so many extras at this home I can't name them all. It was a wonderful week. |

This was our first stay at Palmetto Dunes after many visits to Sea Pines. A key factor in choosing PD over SP was finding a 3 to 4 bedroom house with a pool AND walkable beach access. This house certainly exceeded expectations. We like PD's central location and St. George's central location within PD. The golf courses are 1 minute and 8 minute walks; the beach is about a 5 minute walk.
The house is quite spacious with an excellent lay-out. There are two comfortable living areas, the bedrooms are not adjacent to one another, and the outdoor deck is sizeable. The kitchen is ample and modern.
Finally the owners were extremely easy to deal with and seemed genuinely interested in making sure we were satisfied. The only negative about the house is it lacks a garage or covered parking. |

| We throughly enjoyed our vacation at your beautiful home the week of 7-22-06 thru 7-29-06. The location was perfect, a corner lot with the golf course across the street, within easy walking distance to the beach, bikerentals, tennis courts, and the General Store. The deck, grill, and pool were an added bonus. The pool with its view of the lagoon was a relaxing and quiet way to spend part of the day. The outside shower was used when returning from the beach. You have a very spacious home and there was plenty of room for ten of us. We prepared our meals everyday & found all the appliances and utensils we needed. The weather and water temperature at the beach were great. Bike rentals are a fun & safe way to see the scenic area. This is a Five Star home, we hope to return often. |

We just returned from an absolutely wonderful week in Hilton Head. The house exceeded what we were expecting.
There could not be a better location in Palmetto Dunes. It is directly across the street from the Fazio course clubhouse. Less than a minute to walk over to your tee time. Very convenient also to the Jones course as well. Tennis and rental outfitters are also right next door.
You can be sitting at the beach in about 4 minutes. Access is very convenient. We had 4 teenagers with us who loved the closeness of the beach but I think they liked the pool at the house just as much.
We are looking forward to staying here again! |

| Great house and the the very best location. Golf course is out the front of the house and the lagoon in the rear. The beach was as close as you can get, just cross the lagoon and the street. The BR's were good size and the den could double for a fourth BR. The owners were very convenient to deal with. They even provided great weather! |

| We had a wonderful time in this great house. My grandchildren had the best time in the pool and on the fishing dock, each time my 11yr. old granddaughter caught a fish the blue heron would come to eat it, my 4yr old granddaughter loved watching the blue heron which was almost always there. It is close to the beach and a great place to ride bikes. You will enjoy your stay here. |

| A beautiful house convenient to everything. Simply the best. We'll be staying here for 5 months! Walk across the street to the beach or just stare into the lagoon or watch a great blue heron alight on the litle observation dock. Clean and bright! |
