The Hales family enjoyed another great week in Vail. Our members were fewer this year, but we still enjoyed the skiing and eating out. We missed the fox this year. We skied back at "Blue Sky" this year. It was incredible. We are glad our bodies are holding out...at our age we take it year by year. We love staying here. Thank you for sharing your Mountain retreat.

We arrived late Tuesday after lots of wind driving from Denver to this warm and hospitable home. We had bluebird skiing Thursday with a party of many skiing cousins - even our intrepid expedition to Minturn - a great adventure. Superbowl Sunday began with skiing and ended with cheering. So thanks, Heather, Thea and Fred for letting us in to share your cozy home.

Hi Heather, thank you very much. I have not forgotten you. I still owe you the Fox pictures. I am just having a slight problem retrieving my pictures from my camera. And I have been quite busy at work and have had no time to buy the magic cable that transfers the pictures to my computer. I will get to it sooner or later.

Great family reunion and a fabulous week of skiing! We love the house -- so very comfortable and inviting. Y'all are great hosts! Do continue to feed the fox -- he likes "Alpo" Prime Cuts in Gravy -- beef -- about 2-3 spoonfuls in the indentation in the snow at the edge of the deck. He shows up about 7pm each night! A bonus to each evening!! Thanks for telling us about watching the sunset from the top of the gondola -- it was spectacular! We all had a special week. Thank you!

| We had a great time. We absolutely loved being able to sit on the couch and watch the kids outside. They played for hours making forts in the snow and sleding on the sleds that were provided. The house was very spacious and had everything you could possibly need. Thank you Fred and Thea for making our vacation so special. |

Fred & Thea - Thanks again! The chalet is wonderful, huge space, wellappointed & very homey. The fireplace & hot tub were central attractions! Thanks also for being so well prepared, hospitable,responsive, and thoughtful. Our young children had just as much fun as well. We wanted to extend our 9 day stay several more days but had too much to go home to. No worries - we will definitely return back next year!

Chalet du Soleil was a wonderful meeting place for family and friends. We had a great time cooking meals in the well equipped kitchen. We appreciated the wine and cheese-and the hospitaliity!
The house was warm and comfortable. I was happy with the amount of space. Snow was pretty good. There was absolutely nothing wrongwith the accomodations. Lots of room, easy to reach from the ski hill.
We enjoyed everything about Chalet du Soleil. The layout was great, allowing separate spaces for separate activaties for our young people. We had a ball ith the real fireplace. Truly a special place for a family gathering.

What a beautiful time we had in this house, sitting in front of the fire and having family dinner around the table. We even watched family films on the DVD player! The house was absolutely perfect for our family and we found everything very clean and well organized. Best of all, it snowed every night we were here and one day we even had dry powder up kto our waist! All in all, our favorite family vacation and one we shall remmber forever. Spring skiing - 60degrees+ Friday! Lots of blue sky. Some much needed snow on Sunday kept us happy all week. We loved this most - comfortable home - slept well on the great mattresses - ate many delicious meals prepared in the well-appointed kitchen - and spent hours around the table and on the couches - we were happy to stay in nearly every evening. Thank you for sharing this most lovely home.
