| This is the place! Not that I want everyone to know.... My first time to Maui and after traveling the entire island several times it was always like "coming home" every evening to unit 408. Kahana is a quaint town tucked between Lahaina and Napili, even the road outside the condo makes for a perfect running trail to get your day started. |

We so enjoyed our stay at the Kuleana in 2007 that we are planning a return trip in 2010. We are looking forward to staying in Kuleana 408 again.

| We had the best location on the island as far as we were concerned. In the a.m., we would wake up and go directly outside and enjoy the beautiful ocean and drink our coffee. In the evening, we would sit outside on our deck and enjoy the sunset. Gas grills were next to our condo so we were able to cook right from our door. Everything was perfect!! Made friends with our neighbors and have made plans to return again the same time as our neighbors for a reunion!! |

We had a wonderful 10 days in this condo. It's the closest to the ocean, the closest to the barbecue grills, and has an amazing view. Easy travel up to Kapalua or down to Lahaina. Lots of closet space, and room for the luggage under the bed.
Snorkeled with the turtles every day, often seeing five or more in a bunch, feeding on the algae on the coral.
Would go again tomorrow if vacation time and the budget allowed! |

| We spent a wonderful, relaxing week at Kuleana 408. It's situated in the perfect location - between the oceanfront (steps away!) the pool, and the barbecues. The condo is very well maintained, clean, and nicely appointed. We swam with turtles and saw wales & porpoise right in front of the property. Just the best! |

| We stayed in 408 in 2007. Everything is as the owners describe it; the most beautiful place on the island. The condo is well equipped, modern and very comfortable with awesome views. We sat on the bench in front of our condo and watched the turtles in the morning while we drank our coffee. In 2008, we stayed in a different location, and will always return to 408 Kuleana if available. It far surpasses the other places we've stayed at. Thanks Kathy for offering such a beautiful and comfortable condo. |

| This place is amazing! We loved every second of being here. The water is as close as the pictures show. The property is very well kept. We enjoyed having our coffee in the mornings while watching the turtles feed off shore. The bathroom/shower and kitchen were great...lots of hot water. Just steps from the outside BBQ. AND THE LANAI! There's no better place to have dinner with a view on the island! Promise! The worst part of this visit is leaving. We are already planning our next trip back. |

We just want to thank you so much for allowing us to rent #407 for the week. We had the most wonderful experience we could possibly imagine. The grounds are perfectly kept up, the location is ideal, the condo is quiet and peaceful, and the beach outside the back door allowed us to have the most beautiful wedding anyone could possibly wish for. We will definately be back in the future, and will refer friends to you.

We stayed in 408 for the month of Feb. Had our daughter and family next door in 407 for one week. The units were a perfect venue for us as a couple (3 weeks) and family for the one week. The beach is as close as the pictures show, the unit is as nice, and the setting was perfect. The condo complex is very well kept and a pleasure to stay in. The toughest part of the trip was leaving! Whales from the lanai were seen every day, many turtle sightings in the bay and lots of sand on our local little beach. Amenities are close by life was good!
If every there was a place to feel like you were in paradise, this was it.
I would stay here again in a minute.

| We had an amazing five days. We thought the time would fly, but we were so relaxed it felt like a month. We loved leaving the doors open at night, enjoying the sound of the ocean as we slept. (So glad we didn't do a hotel room). If we went again, we'd do it exactly the same! |

| We spent 10 days in units 407 and 408 with our two grown children. These units are adjoining and it was wonderful. Right on the water for snorkeling. Our 16 yr. old got to snorkel within inches of a six foot sea turtle 30 feet from our lanai. The proximity to Lahania and Kapalua is great and yet there is privacy to relax and kick-back if you want. We found the units to be well maintained and very liveable. We recommend these units, this complex and this general location. |

Very nice unit. Corner of the building, very close to the water and barbecues. The pool is just out the front and is warm. We liked that the unit had good furnishings, inc. AC in bedroom for the hot nights, cable TV, and wireless internet.
Snorkeling just outside the unit is easy and has a lot of good fish. Black Rock (near the Sheraton) is better, but this snorkeling was quiet and we were the only ones out.
Owners are very nice and helped us with our requests immediately. Highly recommended. |

| If snorkeling is for you, this is the place to be!!!!!!! Just steps from the unit, and you will be swimming with giant sea turtles. Not to mention the thousands of other fish around. The eels are all different colors, and plentiful as well. This is an end unit, and although there were people around us, we felt like we had the place all to ourselves. It was such a treat to come home to the peacefulness, and beauty of this place. We've stayed in many vacation rentals over the years, and this will be one of our favorites. Thank you, and God Bless |

| We enjoyed a lovely 4 days in #408, with the promised lovely sunsets, palm trees swaying, catamarans passing, and ocean waves crashing! A lovely, newly renovated condo, with all the conveniences, and owners who CARE! Recommendations: Paragon-Air flight to Molokai to visit Fr. Damien's former leper colony (87-year old Catherine loved it!) and "Ulalena" in Lahaina, a stunning version of a Cirque du Soleil-type performance on the creation of Hawaii! Have fun! |

- The location is terrific - sunsets and close to the BBQ, which never bothered us at all.
- THANKS for the recommendation of the Deli! It was a life-saver the first night and the food is excellent!

| We loved Maui and we loved Kuleana Unit 408. The view from the room was stunning, we woke up to rainbows spanning the water at sunrise and at sunset we watched the sea turtles surface on the water. The snorkeling right outside this unit was just as good, if not better, than snorkeling anywhere else and it is free! The condo was comfortable and we were thankful for the AC unit in the bedroom. Jim and Kathy are great owners. They are professional and helpful...rent any of their units and I'm sure you'll have a great vacation. |

Kathy and Jim, your condo is absolutely Fabulous! We enjoyed sitting on the lanai each evening watching the beautiful sunsets. The work you have done to update this place makes it feel like a home away from home! The fully stocked kitchen along with the grills right outside made the evenings at home ones we will never forget. We also enjoyed great meals at several local establishments. Kimo's in lahaina was our favorite. The food was amazing and the view!!! Hola Grill in Kaanapali was a favorite for lunch .. and the Mai Tai's!! Staying in this condo has made our first trip to Maui one we will never forget. We will definately be back!
P.S. Everyone must go snorking! Rent your own equipment for the week and go here, Black Rock and Honolua Bay North of here. We wanted to go out to Molokini but we ran out of time. We heard it is a must see.

| You have 2 wonderful condos right on the ocean and the best part is that they are adjoining....this is hard to find and was perfect for bringing my adult children and grandchildren. We were like in one big condo and at the same time had the privacy of the door in between. You are so close to the barbecues that they felt like they were our private patio. Your furniture is beautiful and the location unforgettable...a whale came by one morning while I was having my coffe and I could almost touch it! |

| This was the perfect condo for a Hawaiian dream vacation. This condo, located on plush grounds only steps from the ocean is fully furnished and beautifully decorated throughout! The owners have taken great care to make sure that every need is met,they even provide high speed internet! We were constantly entertained by dozens of whales, surfers, romantic sunsets,and incredible vistas. Located near the barbeques with a fabulous patio you couldn't ask for more. We can't wait to come back. |
