Myself and six of my friends stayed at the Eagle
Point property for a snowboarding weekend at Big
Bear. We could not have asked for a better location.
The game room was a blast, the TV high quality,
and the dining room table fit us all with ease.
Everything listed in the property description was
available for use. I highly recommend this vacation
home to all future patrons. |

| We stayed here during our yearly trip to Big Bear over the Holiday season. The house was beautiful, everything was clean and well kept. The pictures of the house on the website, truly don't compare to how the house actually looks. I highly recommend booking this home as a vacation home. Nothing but positive feedback from me! The owners were also extremely nice and helpful regarding any questions we had. |

| Eagle Point Escape was a perfect getaway home for our group. The location is very convenient and easy to find and access even during the snowy days/nights we were there. The home is beautifully decorated and has every amenity you could possible want. I highly recommend this rental property to anyone looking for a comfortable, hassle free vacation home. |

Eagle Point Escape and Eagle Point Retreat have been our group’s fall destination homes for four years now and with 20 women, you know they have to be fantastic for the continued return trips. For years prior to finding these homes it was hit and miss as most vacation homes were older and had electrical or other problems or just smelled musty. These homes are always beautifully decorated, always clean, always packed with everything you need for your vacation. The owners are wonderful and at your beck and call during your stay – no property management company to deal with. Whether you have a large group or just your family, there is no better place to stay in Big Bear!

| This house was amazing, beautiful, comfortable, and in a perfect location. It easily accomodated 6 adults and 6 children. Centrally located to stores, lake activities, and Big Bear attractions. It is like a home away from home, with absolutely, no worries. I would definitely recommend this house and plan on returning. | A great time was had by all! We had a fabulous summer getaway at the house...3 families with plenty of room and plenty to do! After being on the lake doing water sports all day, it was great to soak in the hot tub, grab a glass of wine, eat a HUGE amount of food and just relax. Can't wait until the next time! |

| Great cabin and perfect for three families with kids! Everyone had a great time. There is a large common area where everybody can hang out. The kitchen is large and allows for cooking delicious meals. The location can't be beat as it is literally only a couple blocks from Snow Summit. The owners really keep the place well-maintained and do everything to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. |

| This cabin was perfect for our stay in Big Bear, Superbowl Weekend! Went up there with family and some friends to celebrate my son's 15th birthday, and the accomodation could not have been any better! I recommend this cabin to anybody that wants to have a hassle free weekend away in Big Bear! |

| Your home definately felt like a home away from home! It looks much better in person, was very spacious and comfy, and the kitchen was easy to use. There were up to 3 of us cooking at one point and we never bumped into each other which was great. The hot tub was marvelous although it was 19 degrees outside. I would definately recommend your home to others, and i will definately be back. |

| I definitely chose the right cabin for my first trip to Big Bear--it was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday weekend. My friends and I had an amazing time and very much enjoyed the hot tub (especially), kitchen, fire place, and pool table, oh, and the master bedroom upstairs was awesome...couldn't have asked for more. We wished we could have stayed at least a week longer, so, needless to say, we didn't want to leave. The place was so clean and comfortable it felt like home. Thanks Gary and Lisa...my friends and I will definitely be back!!!! |

| We spent a weekend in Nov 08 in this cabin and found it to be Awesome!! We had a party of 12 (6)kids (6) adults and were accomodated perfectly. The pictures truly don't do the property justice. It's much larger than it looks and it came fully stocked, anything you need they had it! We look forward to spending time up there again, soon! |

| Awesome home for a ladies getaway weekends! My group of women have enjoyed staying at Eagle Point Escape every fall for the past THREE YEARS! We also rent Eagle Point Retreat, which is directly across the street, for our group of 20 women. The fact that we all want to return year after year tells you how wonderful these homes and home owners are. There are plenty of beds and living space for large groups and as noted in previous comments, the amenities are wonderful! |

We had such a wonderful time on our weekend in Big Bear. This house is a great home away from home featuring every amenity you could wish for with the added bonus of being beautifully decorated, new & well maintained. The jaquizzi is a great way to end a long day. It is great for 2 families or a group of friends. It is close to the shuttle for skiing but equally nice in the fall when we were visiting. A great place for hiking, biking and outdoor activities.I would recommend Big Bear for a quick weekend getaway or weeklong trip and Eagle Point Escape is the place to add to your visit. It exceeded our expectations.

We rented this house for a coming home celebration. Our son just returned from serving in Iraq, many of his friends joined us. The ski conditions were perfect. The house was beautiful and well stocked with all you could possibly need. Great garage set up with air hockey, pool and ping pong. We all enjoyed the spa after a long day of skiing. Great master bath! The shuttle across the street was well used.

| We had a great time in mid January 2008. We were six adults and six energetic children and there was plenty of room to spare. The house is nicely appointed and well taken care of. Kitchen and living areas are VERY spacious. Master bed/bath is also very enjoyable and spacious. Upstairs "bunk-room" is BIG fun for our younger kids! Back deck BBQ and hot tub were eagerly, often, and easily used. We skied weekdays and weekends and the shuttle stop across the street was WAY convenient and especially useful for weekend skiing when parking and traffic to the ski resorts can be a major hassle. House is in a quiet upscale neighborhood but very close to playing, shopping, and dining. Looking forward to a good excuse to get back up here SOON! |

We LOVED having the garage - no packing in the snow. We liked the location; just a 3-minute drive to Big Bear. |

| There is no other way to visit Big Bear! The house is absolutely wonderful. I was initially skeptical about renting a home for my vacation to Big Bear because I wasn't quite sure what to expect. But seeing both the 304 and 299 Andes properties on-line and then in person, I am convinced that this is definitely the way to go. I was overwhelmingly surprised by how cozy, comfortable and fully equipped these properties were. The owners ensure that everything you need for an enjoyable getaway is available to you. And the location, cannot be beat! I would definitely refer friends and family to these homes as a vacation option and would absolutely return for future stays. |
