What a wonderful apartment, right in the very centre of it all in Lisboa. We stayed there for 5 days, and had a blast. Everything is very wellkept and we were very well taken care of when we arrived. We would definately recommend it to everone staying in Lisboa. The view over the plaza during the day and in the evening is amazing.

| Wonderful apartment and fabulous time in Lisbon. The apartment is lovely, very clean, well kept, professionally managed, and in a prime location. Perfect. The only complaint is they were a bit too good. We left for a day and half and the cleaning staff tossed our food out of the refrigerator. Who can blame them. That is their job! It was all great. We had a fabulous time. The managing agent and the owner of the apartment are responsive, professional, and full of hospitality. Enjoy! |

| Enjoyed our week in the apartment. Great location for all aspects of the stay- walking, city, resturants and sightseeing. Close to supermarket etc and public transport such as trams and metro. Wonderful views onto the plaza and all the action that takes place there (more so in summer than winter I imagine). We would recommend the apartment for a central stay. |

Apartment was fabulous, extremely spacious, decorated to a high standard and well equiped. We have a small child and there was/is an inner hallway between the lounge and bedroom - this was handly as he could sleep in his cot in this area and we didn't have to have him in the room with us.
The 28 Tram (well worth a trip) is right outside the door and the elevator lift is only a block or so away.

| The apartment was large and bright and very comfortable. It was convenient to all forms of transportation and particularly, to excellent restaurants and cafes right around the corner. If you are into nightlife, then visit this area friday or saturday night for the Lisbon scene. This area is a big hangout for young Lisboans as well as tourists. Lisbon is a wonderful city with an excellent transportation system and we used buses, trolleys, the metro, as well as taxis and the the commuter train. We also had sufficient time to visit Cascais, Belem, and Sintra. The people were very friendly and some went out of there way to assist us when we asked for directions or which line to use on ther metro. I could not imagine having a better time in any other city in Europe. The only negative is that the location is noisy being on the Praca, particularly on the weekend. Luckily, we took earplugs which worked beautifully. |

I'm writing you for thanking you and letting you know how much we enjoyed our stay in your apartment.
Lisboa is a magnificent and charming city and your apartment is absolutely perfect. We all felt home as soon as we came in and we were really sorry at our departure. The apartment is comfortable, well furnished, very conveniently situated, full of air and light. I probably will send you other guests because some friend of ours are coming to Lisboa next July and are asking your address. My boys enjoyed so much being in the very heart of the city !
The young man who welcame us at the apartment by the Agency was absolutely nice and was a good introduction to Lisboa.
As I wrote in your guest book at the apartment ( I wanted to write in Italian because we undestood we were the only Italian guests you had had !)we hope to welcome you in the same warm way you did, so we hope to meet you in Lucca .
We will absolutely come back soon.

We stayed for ~10 days in Paulo's apartment.
The apartment is at the north-west corner of the Praça Luis de Camões piazza. As mentioned by others, it is in a very good location close to the tram line (right outside) and the metro subway (1 block away). The post office is also in the square on the west side. While the south side of the square is the Barrio Alta Hotel (member of the great little hotels in the world).
The apartment itself is very spacious and kept very clean. The kitchen is better equipped than many vacation apartments we have rented. The nice touch is the many maps, guide books, brochures left by previous occupants. We definitely would stay there again and would prefer that area to the Rossio area which is considered more central and more touristy, because of the small restaurents, grocery stores etc. in the Chiado area.

We spent 2 weeks in the apartment in Lisbon and thought it was absolutely great. We were welcomed warmly, the apartment is beautiful, extremely spacious, fitted out with everything one could possibly want and in a perfect position to explore the city. We have been travelling through Europe for a long time, and this is the best apartment we´ve had. Highly recommend it to anyone.

| We spent a couple of days sightseeing in Lisbon and stayed at this wonderful apartment. It is situated in a fantastic location with trams, buses and metro stop very close by. There are some fantastic restaurants and bars and everybody is very friendly. The apartment itself is very spacious, clean and well equiped. We would also recommend taking the train down to the coast as we spent a very enjoyable afternoon and evening there. We will definately be making a return visit and would hope to stay here again. | We stayed in the apartment for 5 weeks and found it very conveniently located and spacious and even though the temperature was cool outside the underfloor heating kept everything at a perfect temperature. It was great to have transport literally at our doorstep and fun to watch the ebb and flow of life in the square below. A big plus for us was the broadband connection for the laptop which made it so easy to keep in touch as well as the wide range of English speaking channels available on the TV. We had a great time and walked our legs off exploring in all directions. Totally recommend. |

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this apartment. We arrived by train from Porto and were able to make full use of public transportation to and from Paulo's well-appointed and convenient
apartment. The 28 tram was an added bonus, but there are plenty of affordable restaurants within walking distance. Despite some closings for the Christmas season the streets and shops were lively, and we found plenty to keep us occupied. No wonder everyone raves about their stay in Lisboa! Go and enjoy!!

Your apartment was terrific, an actual highlight of our trip. It was clean, spacious, nicely decorated and well-equipped. The location was perfect for us, as we had a baby with us, and had to return to the apartment for a nap every 3 hours or so. The beautiful view of the Praca out all windows made staying in the apartment pleasant, as did the cable tv and large, bright living room. We have almost as many photos of the view out the windows, or of mom and baby gazing out the windows, as we do of the Empire State Building!
Then, awake from a nap and ready to head out, we would just stroll in almost any direction from our apartment to another sight to see, or take the famous No. 28 streetcar to anywhere in the city.
We also stayed in rental apartments in Madrid and NYC on this trip, and your apartment was by far the cleanest, roomiest and most pleasant. Part of me wishes it had been our last stop on our trip, instead of the first, as we couldn't help comparing everywhere else to your apartment.
Thank you so much for your helpfulness and hospitality. We tell everyone about your apartment, we show them the beautiful photos, and we are already considering returning, after only 2 days back at home. |

We were so delighted with the apartment. It was spacious, well-furnished and completely clean. The apartment is so very nice, and so well located for all public transportation and for walking. The two cafes near the Metro entrance and the many restaurants on the streets leading from the square were terrific amenities. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace of the Bairro Alto hotel for drinks and dessert some nights, and the doorman there called us a taxi at 6am the morning we left.

We stayed in this apartment in April 2007, and could not have been happier. The apartment is huge, and incredibly comfortable.
The views of Praca Luis de Camoes are magnificent. The location is handy to everything that we needed - the restaurants and bars in the Bairro are literally a minute away, as are the Baixa-Chiado Metro station and any number of wonderful shops in the Chaido.
The apartment was spotlessly clean, and there were no problems checking in or checking out.
We cannot recommend this apartment more highly - it is the perfect place to stay in beautiful Lisbon.

Beautifully appointed...loved all the marble and the wonderful wood floors. Made my French press coffee first thing in the am and hung out at the windows watching the city wake up. | We stayed at this apartment in February 2007 for one week. It was in a fantastic area and the apartment was the best place we stayed on our 2 1/2 month trip to Spain/Portugal. It has everything you need to live. The living room has two great comfortable sofas. The entire apartment is spotless and in excellent repair. We even had parking for our car. We were able to hook to a DSL with our wireless laptop. We had to pay for the service but the reception was great (in the kitchen) The apartment is also very roomy and all rooms including the bathroom are very large. Again, I would not stay anywhere else in Lisbon but this apartment. |

| A truly superb apartment, well appointed and the wine, fruit and bread were very welcome when we arrived hungry. This is a great location for strolling the streets and seeing the sights and Belem is very convenient by trolley that stops outside the apartment. Paulo was most considerate in helping us deal with a bag which never arrived. If you need a phone while you are there go across the square to the fancy hotel- they have a quiet private phone in the basement. (I spent a lot of time there trying to reach Iberia airlines regarding my baggage) |

| Booking accomodation on the internet can be a risk but this apartment is just gorgeous, very spacious and very very well appointed. It completely exceeded my expectations (not an easy thing to do). I stayed for eight days and it is in the best location in Lisbon for the tourist and business person alike. The owner, Paulo, is very responsive and goes out of his way to ensure a wonderful stay. I highly recommend this apartment and if you choose it for your stay you will be as thrilled as I was. |

| I could not recommend this apartment highly enough.The pictures on the website do not do it justice. It's huge, light, clean and we felt completely at home there. It is the prefect location and close to lots of great bars and restaurants. Tram 28 stops right outside and the metro is only a minutes walk away. Nice welcome too with fruit, biscuits and wine. |

This was a great location to stay. We could go anywhere with the tram, bus and metro so close. The people are so nice and helpful. We were hoping Portugal would win the world cup wile we were here. We are off to Benedita to visit Padre who stayed with us during World Youth Day 2002. After a few days with him we head to Cascais for the last few days. I will spread the news of this great place back in St. Catharines.

Believe me when I say that this is the apartment you'll want to stay in on your visit to Lisbon!
Not only is it very nice and exceptionally clean, it is in perhaps the most centrally located area of downtown Lisbon.
We couldn't believe what a find this apt was; as soon as Paulo opened the door, we were amazed! And Paulo was so accomadating. He worked with us every step of the way.
This is where I'll be staying once I get the chance to visit again.

What an incredible apartment! We were surprised at the size (much bigger than what appears in the pictures) and how incredibly clean it is. As others have said, the location can't be beat! We were able to walk many places, hop on Tram 28, or take the metro to anywhere we wanted to go.

| We stayed here for 3 nights at the end of May. Great location - as noted by others. Very clean. And Paulo was very accomodating. If you are a little crazy and have a car (like us) the parking spot is priceless. We just left it in the spot and walked. Best restaurant we found was left out the front door - first left - and on the first corner on the right. If you are not there at opening - just look for the line. Large portions. Enjoy! |

| Wow! This apartment is in a prime location for all that Lisbon has to offer. Paulo was a great host (we arrived to find fruit, cookies and a bottle of Lisbon's famous Vihno Verje), the apartment is large, has great views, is secure and has parking. It was also very, very clean. It is directly across the street for a hotel that is 3 times as much per night, and we kept giggling to ourselves that we had a full apartment for one third of the price right across the street. We would highly recommend staying in this apartment again. |
