Great house! It's close to everything and located on a very quiet street. The house is comfortable and has a 5 star view of the golf course. The master bedroom is down the hall from the other bedrooms which worked well for us having teenagers who stay up late. Our two sons loved the loft bedroom!
The owner and management company were wonderful too! They made sure everything was perfect for our week on the island, and it was!

The house at 30 Heath in HHI is awesome! The pix on the web site really don't do it justice. We were very pleased at how spacious the rooms were. And, the view of Fazio was spectacular...we had fun watching the other golfers.
The location is great,too. Nice & close to the beach. We couldn't have ordered better weather either. We biked, walked, golfed, shopped & ate at some great places (Alexander's & Sea Grass Grille). Best Breakfast goes to Evelyn's Deli in Coligny (local hangout).
My dog enjoyed eyeballing all the little squirrels scampering around. We all enjoyed sitting on the back deck throwing back a few cool drinks and dipping in the pool.

We have been home for almost a week, and we all want to go back!! It was a fabulous vacation, with a beautiful house and wonderful location. The home is gorgeous, with all of the amenities of home--and then some!! So much to do with golf, tennis, biking, and the beach. We even drove to Sea Pines to the nature reserve, and saw alligators in the wild (which my boys loved--girls not so much!!).
This was our first trip to Hilton Head. I spent weeks looking at different houses and locations, never quite sure the best place to be; as luck had it--I FOUND IT--#78055!!!! |

| We could not be more pleased with our recent April visit to Hilton Head, and a large part of that is due to the wonderful accommodations. The house was stunning, with all the amenities needed and a beautiful view of the golf course through the wall of windows in the family room. The furnishings are plentiful and contemporary. You can't beat the size of the master bedroom! The back yard is a great place to spend time, with the pool, double sided deck, and wonderful scenery. Your location at this house in Plantation Dunes is private and is a short drive to Shelter Cove (shopping, resteraunts, grocery, etc), various resteraunts (we enjoyed Alexander's and Sea Grass grill only minutes away), and parking to the beach in Plantation Dunes -- which is easier if you have the whole family, but you can easily walk as well :-) The owner gives you plenty of tips so watch for them in the house, including a great way to save on golf. The best for last though, in our opinion, was how our dog (Mace) enjoyed herself in the home. She loved watching the squirrels (and golfers) and went just about everywhere with us including the beach, shopping and some resteraunts. In fact, when packing for home, she simply pouted and did not want to leave -- I think she thought we moved! You'll wish you did too after spending a week in this great rental house! |

| What a great house and a great vacation spot! The house is very large, beautifully decorated and the location is perfect! Each morning we sat on the deck,which overlooks the pool and the golf course. Is there a better way to enjoy coffee and start the day! The house is only minutes from the beach and close to many great resturants. If you are inclined to cook, the kitchen is large and fully equipped. The entire house has been newly decorated and there are plenty of TVs to meet everyones needs. Bikes can be rented for a reasonable fee and provide a great way to see the island. I definetly recommend this property. You will have a wonderful vacation. |

| We just returned from an absolutely wonderful time in Hilton Head. The house exceeded what we were expecting. There could not be a better location in Palmetto Dunes. In the morning we enjoyed sitting by the pool watching the golfers go by the second hole of the Fazio golf course, all while eating breakfast! If we were not relaxing by the pool, we only had a short stroll to the beach! We cannot wait to staying here again! |

| Great house, great vacation! The renovations were well worth it - the house is beautiful. Location is great and the pool is perfect for the afternoon swim. Large kitchen - great for large families (even 2 or 3). Definitely reccommend. |

Great location in "Paradise".....

The house was absolutely perfect. Great layout and the golf course view was fantastic as well. Palmetto Dunes is definitely the location of our choice. The tennis, beach and golfing is great. My family had a super time. We are ready to book up again for next year's spring break.

WOW! What a beautiful place! We've stayed at many vacation resorts, but this is one of the cleanest, and best locations. With the possibilities of relaxing in the Beautiful Pool, watching golfers on the spectacular golf course, or taking a short bike ride to the local store or beach, it's truly a place in heaven, capable of building beautiful memories for you and your family. Thanks for allowing us to share in this fabulous paradise!

| This is a fabulous home....the best we've ever rented in HH. We love Palmetto Dunes and this location is perfect--on the golf course and a short distance to the beach. The house is so spacious and perfect for a romantic getaway or a great house to share with family and/or friends. It's a fantastic property at a bargain price. We'll definitely rent it again. |

We had a great vacation. The location was terrific...nothing like coming back from the beach and jumping into your own pool! loved to play a few holes of golf after in the late afternoon....just walked right out the back door!
