We just loved this second story apartment. Everything is immaculate and perfectly new. Gorgeous tile and wood work. Delightful, private porch and everything you might need. The upstairs and downstairs tenants (also cartakers) were very helpful and took care of all our needs. Even though right in town, the design of the house assures quiet and privacy. Don't let the informal financial arrangements put you off, everything was just perfect for us. We'd definitely stay here again.
