| Sandra & I have just spent a restfull 3 weeks with Ned & Myrtle. We stayed in both cottages where we enjoyed breakfast out-side in the patio cottage just like old Florida. Then we moved into the beach cottage which has more room and those magnificent views of the beach and sunsets'. We were made most welcome by Myrtle & Ned."home from home" We have already booked for next year and can't wait to get back to the tranquility! |

| We had a fabulous time during our stay at the patio cottage. I enjoyed eating my breakfast every morning on the patio in the lovely garden. We especially loved the room of goodies with everything from boogie boards to fishing gear. Ned even took the time to teach my son how to fish. We both had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a relaxing, restful place to stay. |

| We stayed at the Gulf Cottage for my husbands birthday ( his first trip to the ocean ) It was perfect!! The cottage has everything you need, very clean and lots of room. Ned and Myrtle are wonderful hosts, anything you need they will help with. Beautiful spot, close to everything but a little private too. Much better than a condo or high rise hotel. Loved every minute, will be back soon!! Thank you for letting us share in your little slice of heaven. Tammy and Joe |

| Thank you for allowing us to stay in your Gulf Cottage. We had awesome weather and enjoyed your place very much! The time flew by way to fast while we were there and we wish we could have stayed longer. Before we left Florida, we stopped and had lunch at the Chinese Super Buffet, in Seminole, as you suggested. The sushi was phenomenal. We ate enough Sushi and food to last us a couple of days. Thanks for the great recommendation. We hope to make it to florida again soon and would love to stay in your gulf cottage. It was absolutely amazing! |

This is our second year back to the Gulf Front cottage. We plan to return for many years to come. Our family loves this location, cottage and hosts. The cottage is absolutely adorable and the beach is perfect for a quiet, relaxing get away. Thank you to the Halls for making us feel so welcomed. We will be back! |

| We have stayed 3 years in a row at the Gulf front cottage. It's a perfect getaway with all the comforts of home. Plenty of privacy. There's a kayak, plenty of beach chairs, and you can pick the fabulous sunny beach or sit in the shade near the cottage. Highly recommended! |

| Our stay at Sandy Shores was wonderful. The hospitality of the owners was genuine. I would recommend this vacation paradise to anyone who wants to be a part of old florida. It was nice to know that the beach house belonged to Ned's grammy and he and his wife continue what his family started in the 50's. I appreciate it mostly because I am a 6th generation floridian and proud of it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

| Sandy Shores in Indian Rocks Beach, Florida is a “home away from home’ in a tropical garden paradise with many sitting places in comfortable chairs among lush Florida flowers and foliage. The patio apartment and cottage are both functionally and artistically decorated, usefully outfitted, immaculate and so comfortable. The wide beach, right on the Gulf, beckons one to walk, sit, shell, and watch dramatic, beautiful sunsets over the water. The owners, Ned and Myrtle Hall, are the epitome of southern hospitality hosts. There are many excellent restaurants and other attractions in the area which make for a truly memorable vacation. |

| Our stay with Ned and Myrtle was lovely. Our apartment was clean, cozy and comfortable. They were gracious hosts who helped us with any queries and made us feel very much at home. Our privacy was respected and we were also invited into their home and shown wonderful golf photos and told very interesting golf and fishing stories. There's a great French restaurant right across from Ned and Myrtle's place and many other super food places within walking distance. We loved our 10 days at Indian Rocks and hope to return to visit our new friends in the near future. |

This is our second year at Sandy Shores and again we were not disappointed. The location couldn't be better, golf, restaurants (all good food and prices) and of course the waterfront. We'll be back! Regards, Gerry Hawksahw |

I have stayed at Sandy Shores 3 times in the 1/1. Ned and Myrtle, the owners are on the premises and keep it very clean. The unit is Old Florida perfect. Steps from the beach. Ned and Myrtle make you feel welcome. New appliances with microwave, toaster, coffee pot. Dishes, towels, television and comfortable furnishings. You can walk to Crabby Bills, a mexican restaurant, a french restaurant, gas stations and town hall from Sandy Shores. Ned even has an umbrella and chairs for your use on the white pristeen beach. Call me, I'll be glad to talk to you about this cottage. Patty Elder |

Homeowner Response:
We have two beautiful cottages - one is the Gulf House with total Gulf View and the Patio Cottage with view into the garden area in which Patty stayed with us. We enjoyed sharing our place with her very much.
