| Great place to rent if you need to be downtown a lot and have a dog. We fit both categories. Being close to downtown was important because Austin is way behind the times in handling traffic. Also I am a runner and this was real close to one of the best runing courses in the world. The hospitality from our landlord was top notch. |

| We stayed here twice last year for a couple of weeks each time and loved every minute. Convenient, comfy, great for our dog. A perfect home away from home. |

"My family got together to celebrate Thanksgiving at this location.
I could not have been happier. The kitchen was easy to work in and our dinner turned out wonderful. The beds upstairs were awesome!
So soft and comfortable. Everything was clean, the deck outside with the nice table and chairs offers a very nice place to relax and enjoy some Austin charm. My family thought it was such a nice place for all of us to get together. We all felt right at home. I would recommend also because of it's location, it's so easy to get to just about anything fun to do in Austin."

Wow! What a great place. Everything you need for
your vacation or business trip. The duplex gave us
a true "home away from home" while attending a
week-long conference. The deck is wonderful for
enjoying a quiet meal. The convenience of high-
speed, wireless internet access can't be beat. And,
perhaps best of all.... the beds are so comfortable.

| Loved the duplex!!! It was so comfortable and what a quiet neighborhood. We loved cooking for friends in for the conference we were attending and sitting out on the deck telling stories. It was a perfect place for us. Location could not have been more perfect. We will definitely check on availability when we are in the Austin area. |

| What a delightful alternative to a hotel room. Convenient central location with all the comforts of home and, best of all, dog-friendly with a lovely deck and great big fenced yard!! Oh, and the wood-burning fireplace added a cozy ambiance...When we return to Austin, we will definitely stay here again!! |
