We had a great week of weather sunny warm, perfect for the beach. Great sunsets every night. As usual the condo was perfect and had everything we needed. After getting stung by a bee I walk upstairs to Sally medicine cabinet and put some Benadryl on it. She has thought of everything and so many little touches. The "Spa Shower" is a nice addition Hope to make a third visit real soon.

The 2 weeks just flown by!
Frank and I just had the most relaxing vacation in 29 years. Loved your spotless place it has everything you need or want. I'm surprised you didn't leave clean underwear in the dresser for us.
We had sun everyday and enjoyed the beach and the pool. The tiki huts are great for much need shade. I left some pretty shells on your window sill. We also bought a beach umbrella before we realize you had one for us. We did leave other beach goodies too. Enjoyed your neighbors we are going to e-mail till next year, when we come back. We are glad you are becoming so popular I just hope you will have room for us next year.
Thank you for taking the time to come and met us. We enjoyed your visit with your Italian mama and Sandy the Maltese.
As my grandmother would say “we hope to see you again”.

Thanks so much for everything, and we mean everything we needed for a wonderful vacation, the welcoming gifts were a delightful surprise. We appreciated all the through info, tips, history, tourism info, you name it was here.
We usually stay on the panhandle. This was our first trip to the area so thanks for making it so very easy for us to feel right at home. Love the shower. The carpet in the bedroom was sooo soft and we loved the fully equipped kitchen even the fancy frying pans.
We'll defiantly recommend your condo to family and friends. It's obvious you care about those who stay here; putting love in your business ventures is also a great idea.

The minute I stepped inside the condo I felt like I was at a friend's house-a long lost friend warmly greeting me.
Everything is beautifully coordinated. The atmosphere is very tasteful colorful upbeat delightful and CLEAN! Martha Steward would be proud of you! The mattress and linens were so comfortable. You are so considerate and nice to think of every imaginable detail from flashlights, razors, lotions, band aids, paper clips, coupon book, tourist brochures, area menus, etc.
If it wasn't here, I didn't need it.
Thanks for a homey welcome and a relaxing beachside vacation. I shall return, soon I hope.

We had another wonderful stay at your place this was #4.We really enjoyed the pool and beach. The weather was hot, but sunny and comfortable in the pool. My Dad was able to make it over and visit and watch another beautiful sunset a special treat for him from his usual nursing home routines. Got to talk with other guest and it's easy to see why everyone loves staying here.
I love the bathroom-the shower is great. Your Wi-Fi set up is great next to the window. Such a cute clean place.

I have never stayed in a place that had everything I could ever need or think of needing as your place. I especially appreciated the little computer table with WiFi in the bedroom. Where did the week go? I can't believe it's almost time to leave. We had an amazing vacation from our 4 teenagers. The condo is so clean, quiet and nicely decorated. Thanks for the aloe we really needed it.
It's so peaceful here; you’re truly secluded from the rest of the world. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The weather was perfect too. Can't wait to come back next summer except a week is not long enough, 2 weeks sounds a lot better to me.

We just had our third amazing stay at the Chateau. We love this place. The sea turtle nesting right in front of the condo this week was fabulous. We got to see the tracks before the ranger even got there. The weather was beautiful, the beach great and I always love the pool with your pool floats. The condo has it all, the new bathroom with shower spa, new bedroom rugs you are always improving the place if that is possible.
Hope to make it back next year. This is truly our favorite place

Frank and I have done a lot of traveling, but we have never stayed at a more welcoming and cozy place. Truly you have supplied everything, more than anyone could want. The extra welcoming gifts were very much appreicated.
This little piece of heaven is so clean, bright, color coordinated... The first thing I look for on in a place is a good shower LOVED your bathroom facilities.
We have driven up and down the west coast and Belleair Beach is hands down the best. The neighbors are lovely and we enjoyed "Happy Hour" around the fire each evening. We walked a couple of miles on the beach each day.
Thanks for stopping by to meet us. We were well cared for. We could hide away here forever! Alas real life calls us back.

First impressions are lasting impressions. We came in, put our suitcases down, did a walk through and said WOW. Sally you have a small JEWEL BOX ON THE GULF. We love how well the decor coordinates and flows through your condo. No hodge podge stuff here. Plus you make sure your renters have everything he/she needs for a comfortable and relaxing vacation.

This was truly one of the most perfect & restful vacations that Rick and I have had in a very long time. We had perfect weather perfect surroundings & you provided everything a person could want or need. We felt like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Only better because this is homey, cozy and relaxing. Great neighbors with happy hour every day.
This place is truly magical. It was like stepping back into time where life was simple and laid back but with all of todays amenities.

We just had a amazing week. Perfect weather right between two hurricanes Fay & Gustav. The condo is so nice and clean. A comfortable bed is a must, yours is great. The condo has everything anyone could ever want even beach chairs, beach towels & coolers.
We spent a lot of time at the beach and the delightful pool. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful..

All the neighbors around us were nice and friendly.
We never had time to make use of your DVD library but you do have a very good selection of movies.
Johnny spent many hours sitting on the beach watching the "want to be surfers" especially when the storms came. The wind made great waves which is usually like a piece of glass.
From reading this guestbook it looks like you have a lot of friends from all over the country and Canada. You certainly deserve all the nice things that the people are saying about you and the condo.

We've never stayed in the same place twice, that is until we found your unit at "The Chateau" on Belleair Beach.
We took a trip to Caledise Island and as nice as it was we felt we had just as nice a beach right here in front of us.
As always we spent some time at Fort Desota and John's Pass. We stopped at Sunset beach to check it out. I don't think there's a bad beach on the Gulf. They all have white sand, warm water and an abundance of sea shells.
Once again we had a very restful vacation but, all good things must come to an end.
Till next year, we sincerely hope that you stay well and continue offering your hospitality to all who visit.

| My daughter and I had a reservation to stay in Sally's condo in early May of 2008 and we had to cancel due to caring for a family member with a terminal illness. Sally graciously refunded our deposit without any questions. We hope to rebook with her next spring. |

Our stay was everthing we had hope for except it was to short.
Your condo is small but very well equipped with anything and everything we could want.
Even our unexpected quest Tropical Storm Barry added some excitment and great photo ops.
Daily walks on the beach provided a large variety of shells and your shell books were great for identifing our finds.

Thank you for our wondeful stay in Fl. We have been coming to the St.Pete-Clearwater area for the past 6 years. Staying at places along Gulf Blvd. This is the nicest place we have ever stayed at.
Marve loves the deck where he can lay out in the sun. Our golf which is why we wanted to come to
Fl. for, is near by and the church 4 miles away is inspritional.
Love walking on the beach at sunset. It's so nice to just walk out the door and be on the beach.
The interior is beautiful and more organized than any we have seen. All the extra touches and welcome gifts left for us were wonderful. Thanks again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Cold the first few days, so we went sightseeing. Got to the Fl. state fair, Hard Rock Casino, and a long ride down to the everglades for an air boat ride.When it warmed up stayed at the pool and walked the beach. We got new additions for our shell collection.Everyone here real friendly. The condo great, enjoyed the home theater set up and movies. Hopefully we can come back again soon.
