We arrived on July 24th 2009 for almost 3 weeks. The condo was
absolutely terrific - the view, simply outstanding! The condo had everything
that we needed for a great relaxing vacation. Jim was an absolute treat to deal with,
even answering inane queries about hairdryers! The location is perfect - my
husband and I ran on the beach early every morning. The pool and surroundings
are kept spotless. We have vacationed in Central Florida numerous times,
however, from this point on it will be Unit 69, Spanish Main, Cocoa Beach we return to. Thanks again
Jim and Stephanie for use of your fab condo!

| My wife, two teenage daughters and myself had a wonderful time while staying at this condo. It was an excellent place for us to spend our family vacation. The owners went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that our stay was satisfactory by putting together a binder with local attractions and places to eat, board games and puzzles, and even a pair of binoculars for us to enjoy watching the cruise ships and the shuttle launch. He even called while we we there to check on us and make sure that we knew that there was a shuttle launch taking place that day He also offered advise on the best location to view the launch! The peace and quiet on the beach was like none that we have experienced in many years of going to the beach. My oldest daughter even said "I like Cocoa Beach better than Myrtle Beach"! That is quite a testimony from someone who was upset when we decided on Cocoa over Myrtle for the summer trip. Jim and this condo were huge factors that influenced this statement. We look very forward to returning to our new home away from home!! Thanks Jim!! |

| We had a wonderful time at the condo. The furnishings and amenities were perfect for us and our two young children who loved the pool. We loved that we were able to make our vacation affordable by cooking meals in and Jim gave us wonderful suggestions for the times we went out. The views are spectacular. The condo was perfectly located on the beach (not too crowded). We loved sipping our coffee on the balcony & then settling in at night in the same spot! |

| This was a wonderful break for me, my 88 year old mom and my friend from CA. We were tempted to do nothing but stay on the balcony, but the waves called to us. I can confirm that the new railings and exterior renovations are top notch as they finished while we were there. Jim was very attentive to any questions we had. The condo was well equipped and the decorations and linens were excellent. Although the sun was quite warm in Mid May, the balcony in the afternoon was shaded and kept us almost cool with the lovely breeze. Mom said that it was better than a cruise because you could not only see the water, but the activity on the beach and the waves. Wonderful time. Thanks Jim and Stephanie. |

| Our family really enjoyed our stay in this condo. Great views of the ocean from living area and bedroom. It was very clean and in great shape. We hope to stay here again. |

| We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was very clean. We loved the view from the balcony. It was very nice having a corner unit and having a view from the windows. We could sit at the dining room table and actually see the ocean from the window. Great stay!!!!! We loved it!!!! |

My family really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It has
a great view of the beach and it is an easy walk to the
beach. We really enjoyed the beach.. It was never
crowded or overrun. The owner is really easy to deal
with and very friendly We hope to stay there again in
the future. |

| This is a lovely cosy Condo, the view is amazing and the sound of the Ocean sooths you to sleeps. We where lucky enough to see a rocket launch and you couldn't have a better view than from the Condo balcony. |

| My wife and I just rented this place for the month of August and it was great! The view is unbeatable and can be appreciated from the living room, dining room and Master bedroom. While the outside of the complex looks a little "worn", this unit is completely updated with very comfortable furnishings, lots of storage and very well equipped. I highly recommend it! |

What a wonderful condo and location to visit Cocoa Beach, Florida. My family and I enjoyed every second. With the beach only being a short walk from the condo and pool area. The condo was very nice and the owners were wonderful to work with. I can't really say enough good about this condo. You have to just see it to believe just how perfect it can make your vacation. The view was unbelievable. Close to local grocery stores and only minutes from great places like Ron Jon's and the Cocoa Beach Pier. There were lots of very nice residence that were full of information of fun places to go from the Zoo to a tour to see the Manatees on the Indian River which was at a park 5 minutes away. My favorite part of the 2 weeks we stayed at Spanish Main was coffee in the morning on the balcony overlooking the beach and ocean and then again sitting up all hours of the night listening to the ocean noise. Very relaxing. Something we all needed. Hope someday you too can enjoy an exciting vacation in Florida and of course stay in this condo. Very well done. Loved it!!

| This is an outstanding condo with a view of the ocean that is fantastic.Watch a rocket launch from the balcony or relax and watch a beautiful sunrise.This is everything the ad says and more.Great location,numerous facilities nearby.One could hole up here for months and rarely have to drive.I would rate this 5 stars.And,importantly,the owners are great folks to work with. |
