We just returned from spending our Christmas vacation at Kimberly's condo. It was an absolutely beautifully decorated condo and she has provided everything to make for an enjoyable stay. The condo has a very welcoming atmosphere that greets you as soon as you walk through the door. An excellent place to relax and unwind.
The pictures do not do this condo justice. It is very spacious and is a very short distance to the beach or pool. We also loved having the free internet and long distance. This was a big bonus. It allowed us to stay in touch with family and friends during the holidays.
Kimberly was excellent to deal with and was very prompt in answering any questions we had.
We would highly recommend this condo to anyone and can't wait to return.

| I could fill this entire space with positive adjectives about this place. I don't even know where to begin so let me just say that this was a fantastic place to stay, we were lacking nothing, the owner was great to communicate with and the price was unbeatable. We had a spectacular vacation, exploring the beaches, restaurants and other sites of that area and then it was so nice to have a real "home" to return to instead of a hotel. It was so comfortable and clean and decorated so cute. I loved it! Our whole family loved it. We hope to return someday!! Thanks so much, Kimberly, for all of your recommendations and for sharing your place with us. |

| I really enjoyed staying in this extremely clean condo. It was decorated in a very professional manner and had many of the conveniences of home. The pool was very enjoyable and the view of the Intercoastal was beautiful. The access to the beach was very easy to find and the beach itself was very private and relaxing. I also enjoyed eating at the Salt Rock Grill and The Frog Pond. I would highly recommend this condo because of the location and decor. |

| I've stayed both with family and friends and this condo was so wonderful and accommodating. It's a perfect location between the Intercoastal and the beach. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. We live in Tampa and it's a great getaway! Would highly recommend this unit! |

You have a wonderful place. Decorated so nice and very clean. My family enjoyed staying in Indian Shores, Fl. I will be sure to share you great place with friends. We were pleasantly surprised. My grandchildren really enjoyed the beach and the swimming pool. My son and daughter-in-law enjoyed the great resturant next door. I hope to visit again soon.

| My daughter and I just returned from a 3-night stay at Kimberly and Jonathan's condo. The condo is beautifully decorated, clean, and fully stocked with everything you could want. We only wish we could have stayed longer. We enjoyed the pool, walking to mini-golf, beach access across the street and just relaxing. This was the first time I rented with vrbo and dealing with Kimberly was so easy. I look forward to a return visit. |

| We just spent the weekend at this lovely condo. We had a great time!!! I was very impressed with the cleanliness and the beautiful decor. The condo is very conveniently located with many great restaurants and activities nearby. The condo was fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. We also enjoyed the use of the swimming pool and onsite fishing dock. I highly recommend this rental! |

We live relatively close to many beaches in FL, but
we would absolutely return to Kimberly and
Jonathan's condo. Not only did we thoroughly enjoy
the immediate area, but the condo itself surpassed
our expectations. There was plenty of room for our
family, even with the chaos of smaller children. The
decor and personal touches that Kimberly has
added created a "homey" feel with an upscale
ambiance well worth the modest price. Our family
spent time in nearby John's pass where there are
adult establishments alongside terrific water
activities such as a pirate ship cruise, speed boat
rides and waverunner rentals. Many excellent
restaurants and family activities are nearby, some
within walking distance such as the elaborate putt-
putt where the kids can feed baby alligators. All-in-
all, a beautiful condo whose owners care that their
renters are satisfied and want us to return. See you
soon Kimberly and Jonathan!

| This was our first family vacation to the beach and staying at your condo was just the icing on the cake. It was so beautiful, we just loved all the extra touches. You provided all the essentials. Having a heated pool was a plus. The condo is out of the way of the more crowded areas, but close enough to get there in just 10- 15 minutes. Miniature Golf and a great restaurant next door was enjoyed by all. Can't wait to get back! Thanks so much! |

We really enjoyed our visit, the location close
to the beach was awesome. The condo was
extremely comfortable, and very nicely
decorated. Really everything we needed was
there.
The kitchen had all the tools necessary for a
great week (and we cooked every day). not to
mention the importance of the blender for icy
tropical drinks!
The office, cleaning and grounds staff were
very nice and helpful, there is a small but
lovely pool and gas grills available for use.
Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing

| I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place is beautifully decorated. You have thought of everything. The kids really enjoyed the heated pool, even though it was January! The dock is perfect for fishing, which my son loved. The sunset over the water was unbelievable and my daughter loved collecting shells along the beach. The restaurant next door was such a pleasant surprise. The coconut shrimp were delicious. The condo is very conveniently located near the bridge to the mainland where you can find anything you could possibly need. We will definitely be back! |
