Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. It served our purposes fabulously. Janette and Juerg were amrried on the beach in front of the Sanctuary and we had a wondeful dinner at Jasmine Poarch. Juerg is from Switzerland and his mother and sister came over for the ceremony. Janette's parents, came from Iowa and her brothere and wife from Seattle. The weeeind, of cours, was the highlight of the week, but we also enjoyed grilling, biking, walking and swimmin in the ocean, taking walks on the beach, spotting numerous alligators and other forms of wild life, makine a ocuople of trips to Charleston and eating excellent foods in the area. The weather was perfect for the entire week. The house remarkable for all of us. Thanks, Rogers family

| We could not have picked a more perfect place for our honeymoon. The house was beautifully decorate and inviting. It was clean and well stocked with everything (and more!) we needed for a perfect trip (info on the area, bikes, beach chairs, books, games, movies, basketball). We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay and can't wait to go back! |

We had an amazing time biking on the beach, eating barbeque at Melvins, reaing the sunday paper on the screened proch, day tripping to Sava=nnah and Charleston, having breakfast on the deck and just plain relaxing. The week we spend in Kiawah each summer is one our whole family looks forward to all year. As soon as we walked into your beautiful and comfortable home we flet welcomed once again. You truly have thought of everything to make a vacation relaxing and memorable. We enjoyed every room in the house, especially the screened in proch with the wonderful breezes and the amazingly soft furniture in the family room. Many quiet moments were spent gazing at the serene lagoon. We loved biking, the beach, tennis, the span goes on and on, and we always have a hard time leaving.

Dear Brenda, Nick and family,
Thank you so much for a beautiful week in your incredibly welcoming home. We had a wonderful time here with the relatives coming from as fas as Taipei and Shanghai to celebrate the wedding of our dear niece Michelle and her fiance.
We arrived on Sunday and spent several terrifally relaxing days enjoying the beach, riding bikes on the island, spotting wildlife, birds, dolphin and deer and a bunch of alligators. We boated in the marshes, had barbeques, dinners, cocktails, brunch, and just hanging out around the house. Throughout it all we were so happy to have your lovely home to relax in and welcome quests to. You have though of everything-from bikes, locks and beach toys, chairs, towels, umbrella to serving trays and platters for entertaining: from puzzles, games in the game room to hair dryers in the bathrooms, dvd music, lots of movies to watch and stereo in the house and on the porch. The tv's were great especially the 42" HDTV in the great room.
We really enjoyed every moment spent here and are so plesed that we chose to stay in hour house. We are now huge fans of Kiawah Island and we look forward to returning soon!!

| A group of friends and I recently took a golf trip to Kiawah Island the first week of April. There was more than enough room for the four of us, and I felt a little guilty for renting such a large place (although I got over it pretty quickly). The home was very well kept and did not disappoint. The photos on the website were an accurate reflection of the home. I feel fortunate to have picked such a nice place pretty much randomly from the vrbo website, and look forward to coming back for another golf trip as soon as I can! BTW, the process of renting was very simply and easily done, thanks to Brenda, the homeowner. |

| Our "Ladies Ski Group" of 8 ladies have been travelling together for over 30 years and are broadening our horizons. We have been going to different locations for the last several years and decided on Kiawah since most of us had never been there before. This house was absolutely perfect for our group of ladies -- we ended up spending more time in the house because it was such a wonderful place for us to be together. The kitchen was the perfect place for gathering for meals and conversation(and the square table for 8 was also great) . . . it was equipped with everything we needed and we never got in each other's way as we prepared several meals at home. The screened in porch was ideal for our cocktail times as well. The four bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. We loved the bikes and the miles and miles of trails through the island. The owner Brenda thought of absolutely everything to make the entire rental process and our stay at her beautiful home the easiest and most enjoyable possible. We drove around and looked at other homes we had considered through VRBO and decided we had definitely made the best choice. We hope to return soon. Thanks for everything. |

| Thank you so very much for sharing your Kiwi house with us. It is a truly spectacular property. The house is gorgeous and extremely comfortable--a truly 5 star resort! You have thought of everything to make your guests' visits easy and stress free. The bicycles were great and we enjoyed riding everyday, especially on the beach! We packed a picnic in the bicycle baskets and enjoyed a wonderful afternoon on the beach. I also have to mention how extremey comfortable the beds are--wonderful pillowtops with just the right amount of softness but plenty of support. This was by far the best beach trip we have ever had and look forward to coming back to your gorgeous home in the very near future. |

| Our family had a wonderful time in your lovely Kiawah Island home in early August. We made great use of the bicycles, gas grill, card/bumper pool table and basketball hoop. The house is comfortable, spacious, beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well stocked. We especially enjoyed the spectacular view of the lagoon from the back deck and kitchen dining table. Thanks again for sharing your home with us. We had a wonderful time here. The "boys" are out playing their 6th and last round of golf at the Ocean Cours. We are heading back to Charleston then home after a relaxing and fun week. The weather has been great (it just got cool the last two days) but lots of sun. We saw the gator a few times-took lots of long, long walks. Some of us biked-we also made it to the beach and the Charleston House Tour. We enjoyed the games, esp. poker. Your views are amazing!!!!!! One never knows what to expect when renting a house from photographs alone. Photos don’t do the house justice, and the owner was more than gracious in the rental process. We really had a wonderful time at the Kiwi House. There were lots of things to do at Kiawah... the bikes in the garage did help and so too did the tennis rackets. The backdrop of the house is beautiful.. we didn't see aany alligators but did spot a couple of deer one morning. The house itself was big and spacious.. so even though there were 10 of us, we didn't get in anybody's way. It was a little cold weatherwise so we could not use the sun room. The game room was a big hit and we stayed up late playing poker or taboo most nights.
All in all.. we really enjoyed our stay out there and hope to be back soon. |

A beautiful home with gorgeous views of a picture-perfect lagoon. All four bedrooms are quite spacious. The Family Room, Dining and Kitchen areas are very open and comfortable. The entire house is professionally decorated and well appointed from the largest detail to the smallest. Furnishings, accessories, even the dinnerware have all been tastefully selected.
The beach is only a 5 minute bike ride or a leisurely 15 minute walk down the very scenic Vanderhorst Alley of Oaks.
The house has a wonderful feel, becoming a serene haven for our family on this island so rich in wild and natural beauty; and for golfers, paradise found with five magnificent courses. |

| What an enchanting island and house! We escaped the cold of the north and the weather was pleasant enough to enjoy bike riding and walking. The house is wonderfully landscaped and decorated to put you in a relaxed mood as soon as you turn into the driveway. There is plenty of room and the wall of windows gives you a breathtaking view of the tranquil lagoon. Everything you could need is there and our entire family had a great time in this house. Spectacular kitchen and living areas. Sit on the deck and enjoy the beautiful sounds of nature and the view!! The beach is a short bike ride down a gorgeous oak lined trail complete with the cascading Spanish moss. To be able to ride a bike on the beach is something not to miss- it was so much fun! A short walk and a 2 minute bike ride from this house took you to the most private lookout tower- only 2-3 stories high but giving you a vista of the marshland with the birds and the trees/plants- you could hear a pin drop. A photographer's paradise. The island is fun to explore, there are several restaurants to check out if you want to get out of the kitchen (although it's such a great kitchen you don't mind cooking and eating in). A truly wonderful vacation house! |

Our time spent at 43 Trumpet Creeper has been filled with fun and relaxation. The comfortable surroundings of this home fill us with peace and joy. We look forward to every trip we can take to Kiawah to stay in this lovely oasis. The bedrooms are amazingly comfortable and all have wonderful views. The kitchen and great room and other living area's flow together well for a perfect party atmosphere. There is never a lack of room in this house. The back of the house shares an uninterupted view of the magnificent lake where many bird species and other island wildlife spend their time.
