We thoroughly enjoyed our 6-day visit to the Sedona region in September '09 and always felt right at home in this well-maintained villa. Jon and Carole have provided all amenities so we were able to settle in and relax. Watching the sunsets/moonrises on the patio were our favorite past-times!

| My Daughter and I stayed here for a week of our vacation and the location was perfect! We visited friends in Sedona and Oak Creek and others came up from Phoenix to visit us and none had to fight the traffic jams in Sedona! The home is comfortable, well stocked and quite. It is so quite that when hot air ballons were seen, we could hear the burners and people talking. The information packet was as complete as possible and the owners were prompt to reply and courteous. My pals at home and I use VRBO often and this home will be added to our personal list. |

| July 2009 We had a great time at your home and seeing the breathtakingly beautiful Sedona area. Your home was convenient and clean. | We very much enjoyed our stay here. Your home had all we needed for a great vacation and the location was very convenient. We had never tried renting a home before, but now believe it is the only way to go! The clubhouse amenities were great and an added plus! We will be back! |

| We enjoyed our stay. The home has everything you might need for your visit. The location was ideal for us - away from the crowds of Sedona but convenient to lots of attractions. It's much more comfortable and less expensive than a hotel room. We will use VRBO again |

| Our family just returned from a full week in Arizona for spring break and stayed in this property. We were very impressed with the house and felt very much at home. The location is great and allowed us to maximize our week in the area. The home is very quite and we all slept great! I would recommend this home to any one visiting the Sedona region. The home is extreamly clean and had everything we needed. |

From the moment we walked in we felt the serenity of Sedona. It is so conveniently located, that a visit to Jerome or the Verde Valley Train Station are an easy drive. There is SO much to do in the area, and Jon & Carole have brochures for every interest, right in hands reach.

| This is our second visit to this lovely property. It's just like being at home with all of the great amenities. We needed to bring nothing except our clothes which allows for a lot less packing. We would very much like to visit Tee-Time court again in the future |

My wife and I had a great week. The house and
surrounding were beautiful, and the location was
ideal: closer to Jerome, Verde Canyon Railroad,
Tuzigoot ruins, etc. but still only 15 minutes from
downtown Sedona. Highly recommended! |

| If you like peace and quiet, but still want to be close to everything, this is a great place. Just a few miles from Cottonwood and 10 minutes to Sedona on a four-lane highway. Just like staying at home. Pictures don't do it justice. This is a really nice place. Better value than a hotel room. The Lang's are great to work with. Hope to return soon. |

| We had a wonderful experience staying at this property 15 minutes south of Sedona. The house is clean, beds are so comfortable, and the owners have anticipated their guests' every need. Staying in Verde Santa Fe gave us the opportunity to see more of the valley. Great value! |

Wow!! What a wonderful stay at VSF Tee-Time Court. Perfect for two or four.
We had a great time and would highly recommend the home. Well stocked with all the amenities you could imagine. Great location, private, QUIET, and just a truly remarkable experience. Close to Cottonwood, Jerome, Prescott and Sedona, sort of like being in the center of it all. The golf courses in the area are tremendous. Will definitely return in the future. Also, plan to tell all our friends. |

| What a beautiful home! The daily rate of staying here and a hotel room in Sedona is about the same yet there is no comparison between the two. Highlights-breakfast on the patio and late evenings with a bottle of wine on the patio. We had beautiful weather visiting the area so enjoyed all the activities but still enjoyed every moment in this villa. VRBO is great! |

| For our first trip to Arizona this property was all we could ask for. Its location was perfect for comfortable day trips to Jerome, Sedona, Flagstaff and Phoenix, too. Accommodations were elegant and practical, with everything we needed to spend a quiet and relaxing week. We would certainly consider coming again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
