| We had a wonderful time at your beautiful cabin, it has all the amenities of home plus much more. It is very convenient to shops, restaurant and activities. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to America! |

We had 13 family members on our TN vacation!
Your house was perfect for us! We all had our own
bedroom and lots of room to spread out. It was a
great location, only minutes to everything! If we
could ask for anything for our next trip, it would be
for more towels, pillows,and toilet paper. |

| Our families had a wonderful weekend at the cabin. We had plenty of space for all the family. The views from the cabin are amazing. It was perfectly located. We could get to town in only a few minutes. We look forward to coming again! |

| My family stayed at The Cubby Den in early August and really enjoyed our stay. That was the second time we have rented the Den and are planning to go back next summer. We love the TV's in the bedrooms and the pool table with flat screen TV in the loft area. The Cubby Den is only 5 minutes away from Dollywood and Spalsh Country but, it is tucked away on the side of the mountain in a nice private resort area. PS...We added a bear to the collection over the mantel. We like to think of The Cubby Den as our summer mountain place. |

| What better way to spend an autumn weekend then in a beautiful cabin in the mountains with wonderful friends? The cabin was perfect with a warm cozy feel to it. It was clean, beautiful, and all the amenities we needed to make it an enjoyable and relaxing time. I definitely want to come back! |

We had the best time! We don't how to thank you enough! The girls didn't want to go back to Jackson at all. The cabin is gorgeous and such a great place to get away. We all thoroughly enjoyed it including my parents who only came down Saturday evening for dinner. Again, we thank you very much! George

We had a smashing 2009 New Year in the Cabin,
The location is perfect, on Dollywood land, 2 miles from downtown Pigeon Forge and 5 miles from Gatlinburg,
The house is spacious, and it is easy to access in any kind of weather. The tub is nice and hot, the pool is perfect even with a rainy 40 degree day......
Love the gas fire place with timer....
The bedrooms are spacious and the bunk beds were a hit with small and big kids. The open kitchen made it easy to entertain.

| We shared the cabin with family and friends, and we had a great time. The pool table and video game kept the kids entertained. The cabin is close enough to all the action of Pigeon Forge that we could go out for some shopping and get back together for meals. It was great. Highly recommended! |

What a wonderful time we had celebrating my birthday. I'm do delighted Tom bid on this cabin and we were able to plan our getaway for this weekend! How amazing that the cabin belongs to you, our friends and neighbors!
We brought our family for the weekend: Lauren Vandergriff, Adrienne Vandergriff and Brad Lawson, Wendy Vance, Mackensie: age 4 and Lance: age 2, Shelley King and Julian: age 15 months.
Absolutely everything we needed was here! We never went anywhere into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge...just enjoyed our time together in your beautiful "Home Away from Home in the Smokies"!

Our stay at The Cubby Den was awesome! The cabin was cozy and made us feel at home. We all came over from Miami, FL. We're a group of 22. During our stay we visited many places like: Ripley's Aquarium, Gatlinburg, and skiing. We also went on a helicopter tour and go-kart racing.
For most of us it was the first time seeing snow. It was a memory we'll never forget. The cabin's site was beautiful. It reminded us of our native country in Costa Rica!!
We hope to be back and be able to write in this book once again. |

This cabin was awesome! We came up from Lamar, SC, Hartsville, SC, Society Hill, SC, and Atlanta, GA for our Thanksgiving get-away. We love this place! Would like to come back again soon.
We cooked, ate, shopped, walked around here (up & down) the hills and drove around the area. We liked all of it!

| What a wonderful weekend! There were 14 Avon District Managers bonding and sharing and "de-stressing". We shopped 'til we dropped, and ate 'til we popped! And went home broke. Hopefully we can all find time to do this again real soon! |

Thank You! We had a great time and nice weather. We all enjoyed the cabin very much!
While here we visited the Boyd's Bear Country and adopted 4 baby bears to take back to Pensacola, Florida with us. We also went to Dollywood, Dolly's Dixie Stampede, Gatlinburg, as well as many shops. The kids mined their own gemstones and saw the bears.

We spent the weekend with our close friends at The Cubby Den...6 couples in all and 3 children. The guys enjoyed playing on 2 different golf courses in the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge area. The ladies enjoyed shopping at the outlets. Evenings consisted of relaxing in the jacuzzi, playing pool, cards and watching football. Plenty of room and very cozy by the fireplace in the winter.
