Dear Karen,
I just wanted to thank you for all your help in preparing to stay at Papa Bear
Cabin. We had a great time with our extended family. The house was
everything promised, and more! We were impressed with the location, the
cleanliness and the amenities. If, and when, we return to Pigeon Forge, this
cabin will definitely be at the top of our reservation list.
The location was perfect. We spent the day at Dollywood and it was only a
quick 10 minute drive from the house. We also enjoyed the fact that there
were not other cabins too close by. The cabin was easy to get to with ample
parking.

| We rented the cabin in September, 2009 as a group of church ladies. The cabin is exactly as the pictures! We had a great time and the cabin was awesome. We didn't want to leave! We would gladly stay in the cabin again. |

We stayed in this cabin on March 12-15, 2009. We had a great time entertaining my husband's children and their children. In total, we had 16 people there. The teenagers and young kids had a great time in the game room with the pool table. With three floors, there was plenty of room for all of us without being on top of each other. The two covered decks in the back also gave more "breathing room". Everyone had a great time, no one left the cabin the entire week-end, but enjoyed being together and the peace and quiet!!
We are already making plans to rent this cabin next year and make this a family event.
Make sure you bring lots of towels and trash bags if you have this many people though, because we were using them quickly.
Thanks for a great week-end to "bond" with family.

| We rented this cabin in June 2007 and absolutely loved it. It is a beautiful cabin with a beautiful mountain view. Everything was in tiptop shape from the appliances to the furniture. We are reserving this cabin again this year and will definitely reserve again in the future. |

| My family rented Papa Bear in December 2006 for a Christmas get-together. We found it to be everything we expected. Very clean, somewhat secluded and just a great place to be with the family. Will glady rent again. |
