| By far the best rental experience we've had at the lake. Your condo was CLEAN, homey, tastefully decorated, and thoughtfully prepared. This was a great experience all-around and we are anxious to come back. I can't say enough about how pleased we were. Thank you!! |

I'd like to say wow!! Your Condo is great. We loved it! My party and I had a wonderful time there. You guys thought of everything. I can not think of any place that I have stayed on vacation that was as comfortable and nice as your Condo. The view of the Lake was amazing and breath-taking!! You guys are great, whatever we forgot, you already had. We look forward to staying there again next year. Thank you for your warmth and thoughtfulness.

We came to the Ozarks to have some family time together and it was a vacation none of us will forget.
The condo was amazing and there was not one thing we would have changed.Everything we needed was provided even birthday candles, which we used for my daughter-in-laws birthday. We had a wonderful time. |

Our stay at your lovely condo was just wonderful. It
had all the comforts of home and more! You
special touches, goodie basket, fresh flowers, etc.
were terrific. The location was great and nice and
quiet. By far, our favorite spot was the screened
balcony with the lovely lake view. We look forward

| Our weeks stay at your Condo was outstanding. It had everything anyone could ever need!! You thought of everything!! My family had a great time. I think my favorite place was your screened in Deck!! I stayed out there alot, the view is wonderful, and I brought my laptop computor and played on it while enjoying the sounds of the lake and view. It was like home away from home. Very comfortable and inviting. I loved The large window in the Master bedroom to wake up and see such a great view of the lake. My grandchildren loved looking for the Ducks and playing in the swimming pool!! You had so many DVD's, games, etc. to enjoy also. Your location was great, so close to The Bagnall Dam area, shopping, entertainment, Boat and jet ski rentals, etc. It was just a wonderful place to stay and would love to go back again some time. Also thank you for the basket of goodies and fresh flowers that greeted us. What a special touch!! Thanks again, The Watt Family |

We have rented several condos at the Lake and I must say this was the best, without question. So much thought and care went to the comfort of our stay, I felt we were welcomed by longtime friends. Everyone in our family (two adults and 3 kids)found something fun or interesting about your home. Our kids loved the games, movies, and "treats". The adults loved the comfortable bed and binder with all the information about the Lake and it's amenities. Will we be back? Absolutely.

This was the cleanest and nicest condo we've ever rented. The lake view was wonderful! The kids had fun finding the ducks you left for them and watching some of the movies you had. |

We have stayed in your Condo two times both of which we enjoyed. The Condo is furnished with everything you could possibly need. Our daughter and her son and husband went with us and were impressed with the furnishings. Everything is done first class. We will return( hopefully ) each year as we have a family reunion in the Ozarks. Believe we have found our home away from home.

| Thank you for providing an exceptionally clean and fresh condo. It was everything we needed for our stay, particularly the view from the screened-in porch. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed playing with the games provided. No small children with us but I could see that there was no amenity overlooked no matter what the age range. I'll definitely hope this condo is available for us again if we get to visit again. Thanks! |

What a great Condo- Everything was awesome down to the gas grill. Loved sitting out on the screened in porch drinking coffee and reading my paper. Hope to use this wonderful condo agian next year. Made our Senior Trip excellent!

Our family truly had a wonderful time together
in the condo. I wasn't very interested in staying
here at first, as I grew up in this area and had
always stayed in our family home. However,
because many were coming for a family reunion,
there was no room!
As it turned out, we were so delighted with the
accommodations that we look forward to returning
the next time we visit. Not only is the setting quiet
and pleasant, but we especially appreciated all the
niceties that made it perfect for our small children
and the adults. Thank you, Kathy and Mike, for
making our stay such a pleasure. |

This is the second time we enjoyed your condo and it was even better than the first time! Once again, everything was perfect, comfortable, remarkably clean, gracious, and so welcoming but we spent more time exploring the local activities. All we wanted was super convenient; everyone was friendly, helpful, and seemed to enjoy what they did. You have a great place! I'd love to schedule regular weeks for our family to come down each year. It's become a home away from home. Thank you so much!

| Our entire family really enjoyed our stay at your condo. The rooms are well furnished with comfortable furniture. Our grandchildren loved all the movies and games. It was wonderful to find the kitchen so well equipped. We were able to prepare all of our meals with ease. The pack 'n play and booster chair are new, clean, and meet safety standards. The large pool offered plenty of lounge chairs and umbrella tables each day. The other residents enjoying the pool were friendly. The entire complex was clean and well taken care of. This was truly one of the nicest places we have rented at the Lake of the Ozarks! |

| Everything about this rental exceeded our expectations. We had a perfect vacation during June 2006. We spent the first hour just exploring all of the amenities in the condo and everyone (ages 2 thru 60) found something they were very excited about. We spent most of our time on the wonderful screened porch, at the very large perfect pool, or on the lake. I hope we have the opprotunity to stay again. |

| Wow! What a great experience we had with the condo. It is beautifully decorated, has fabulous linens, and is sooo comfortable. All of the amenities in the condo were such a nice surprise and change from the "typical" lake accommodations. The owners are so easy to work with and were very accommodating. This is by far the nicest place we have stayed at the lake - or anywhere else. We will definitely be back. |

WOW....what a beautiful place. You will not find a nicer condo around. Great location and close to everything including shopping. Beautiful part of the lake (not so crowded) and some incredible fishing.

vacation!All the arrangements went smoothly and there were no "hidden surprises"
when we got to the condo.The condo is beautifully decorated (such an essential
upgrade from the endless white and seafoam green in most of the others).You
thought of EVERYTHING from plenty of dishes to Scrabble and Monopoly, to
luxurious towels and fabulous electronics.There was PLENTY to do to keep our
family entertained. THANKS for everything!
