What an absolutely fabulous place to stay in the Mentone area.
1) Excellent and friendly hosts
2) Fantastic View; you will pay much more for the same view elsewhere with less size
3) Roomy, comfortable for two couples; kitchen well stocked, well decorated.
4) The price is right
5) Location. Walking distance to a nearby park on the brow (like you need to with the view at the cottage), and to the town of Mentone itself.
6) A screened in porch. These are becoming increasingly rare, but if you enjoy the clean outdoor air and the view of the valley below, it can't be beat. The porch also is well appointed with various comfortable furniture too.

| What a fabulous cottage! The weather was not very good for those few days, but we had a great time just stay in the cottage looking down the valley right from the window. We enjoyed the hottub with the view too! So spacious that we only used half of the cottage. Very well decorated! We love it! Have to go back again! |

| I can't say enough about the cottage! Pictures can't give you the feel of the heart and soul that is in this house. Liz and Jerome have done a wonderful job marrying the old with the new. The detail is amazing and the comfort unsurpassed. I appreciate them sharing this little piece of heaven with us. |

This cottage was a wonderful relaxing getaway. With the stone floors, the history in photographs displayed on the wall and the inviting charm of the entryway fireplace, this cottage exudes relaxation. The cottage is stocked with EVERYTHING you need, including plenty of cookware, dishes and charm!!!
If you plan a trip to Mentone, this is the place to stay, with sweeping views and charm. Plan in advance since this cottage stays booked. |

the combination of the old, old, stone fireplaces, floors & doors, blended with the homey addition of modern needs is a statement of sanctuary sensed just entering this cottage. add peacefulness, privacy, attention to detail, a storybook view (including a train crossing "way" down in the vally below),.......well, you just feel the love that went into this cottage now being enjoyed by the family's 4th generation. it's my safe haven & secret place. i adore it.

Wow – Wonderful!!! This has been a great getaway. Your cottage is so cozy and warm. You both are fantastic hosts. Our last night was spent in the hot tub after watching the beautiful sunset. We almost never went back inside. The train coming through the valley was such a treat. We hope to be seeing you soon, as we will be staying again.

| Stoneridge Cottage is a lovely place to stay on the edge of the mountain in Mentone. The decorations are tasteful and interesting, the kitchen is well stocked, and the place is very comfortable. I would highly recommend it. |
