I am the Real Estate Broker who sold them this wonderful lot. This lot was one of the best lots in the developent. It is surrounded by water on two sides with the 16t hole fairway behind the lake. Very private swimming pool area. Since the rear exposure is east...with no rooftops in sight....you can leave the veiw open all day long. The morning sunrise is spectacular. This lot was sold immediately when it came on the market. I had multiple clients who wanted this lot. I would consider the home itself to be the baby boomer home of the year. You will absolutely love it.
