| This August was our first week long trip to Rehoboth. We stayed in this condo...which was just perfect! It was very clean, modern, amazing location, and a community pool that rocked!! Thanks so much! We will be back! |

| My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay in this lovely townhouse. The interior is very well furnished, very clean and brightly decorated. It's conveniently located to Rehoboth Avenue and the boardwalk which saves you the time of having to look for parking. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful and the pool is right up the street from the townhouse. Overall, this townhouse is very comfortable and in a great location. |

HI! We hope that everyone that stays in my unit enjoys the property! We bought this property in Oct. 2005, so this is our first year renting. We have made many upgrades to the property, and hope to make many more in the upcoming year. Planned for winter 2006 is new in the upstairs and wood or tile flooring for the first floor.
