| Fantastic!! My family stayed at Derek's Villa for 5 weeks this August and had the time of our lives. The home is exactly as described and more. 10 of us 5 children and 5 adults felt completly at home in this excellent villa and resort. The moment we entered the property our faces lit up with joy at the standard of this luxury home. We really did not want to leave. When we return to the US, hopefully in three years, I will certainly be contacting Derek again to see if his home is available. It was a pleasure dealing with Derek and Donna his home manager, they made our stay in Kissimmee perfect. |

| Just wanted to write and say what a fantastic vacation we had staying in this home. My family does not want to stay in a hotel ever again. The home is nicely decorated and furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. Thanks Derek & Janet for helping us to have such a wonderful Disney vacation. |

We all had a great holiday and it was made all the better for staying here in Windsor Hills. We need not have booked a 6 bed villa (we used only 3 beds as it happened), but the extra space gave us all the feel of more luxury. The floorplan, specification and condition of this house is excellent, nice and clean too. We enjoyed the games room and also the pool area too. The house was a great place to come back to after a long day at the "Parks". Access to the theme and water parks is very good and there are plenty of shops and restuarants close at hand too. We like the security of the gated community and were pleased with the facilities that Windsor Hills has offer for the kids. We would certainly recommend this villa to those who want somewhere very comfortable to stay. Much better than any hotel and you are free to enjoy your own routines as you please. Thanks to Derek Hong and family for helping us to have an extra nice time !

We just returned from a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. I have three sons, and we will never stay in a tiny hotel room and eat theme park food all day again.
We loved being able to eat breakfast at home, a light & inexpensive late lunch in the parks, and then dinner back at home. It made for a more leisurely pace and a not-grouchy mom (in trips past, i've been known to say "i don't care if you are full, eat that $15 burger anyway!" - but not on this trip!).
Then at the end of each busy day, we could spread out and have our own space in this beautiful home to watch movies, play video games, read, or swim. We loved the pool at the house - we used it every night.
The Windsor Hills neighborhood is lovely - great play areas, and my boys rated the slide at the resort pool as "awesome." The neighborhood is VERY close to Disney, and is convenient to groceries, chik-fil-a, walmart, etc. There is some construction out on the roads leading to it, but nothing causing a problem.
I also drove around the neighborhood to check out other houses. This home is on a very large corner lot in comparison to the others that are quite close together. The lot is also elevated, so we were at the top of a retaining wall and could not see the neighbor behind us. This home definitely offers more privacy than the others.
The homeowner and property manager were both very pleasant to work with. We would absolutely stay there again. My eight-year-old wants us to move there. :-) |

We just returned today from our family trip to
Disney and I wanted to leave positive feedback
about this wonderful home before entering the
daily grind again. This home (and it's definitely a
home away from home and not just a rental house)
is absolutely beautiful, spotless, convenient to
Disney, and peaceful. An entire family of 10 co-
existed without a problem and there were even
days that we just hung around the house to take
advantage of the pools (at the house and
community center)! We cannot rave enough about
this home and our vacation there and would NEVER
stay in a hotel again. We're already trying to figure
out when we can return again! A perfect house for a
perfect Disney vacation. Look no further for your
vacation villa - this one is the BEST and the owner
is a pleasure to work with! |
