If you are looking for a place to stay in paradise that feels like your own "Home away from home", this is it!
It's on the ground floor (an aspect you'll greatly appreciate), it's clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and very well provisioned. We never had to say, "we need a ....", and not find that it was already there! The owner of this condo unit has thought of everything! When she said, (other than food) "Just bring your clothes", she was not kidding.
You have your own lanai, and there's no adjacent condo jammed up right next to the unit, so it's quite private and a great place to have your morning coffee and enjoy an unobstructed view of the sunrise.
It's just a few steps to the pool, common patio, and the beach, and being located on the older, North end of Kihei, away from the bulk of the condos, apartments, and homes in Kihei, the area is quiet and our morning, sunset, and moonlight walks on the beach were very peaceful and romantic.
There's morning coffee provided on the common patio, if you don't want to make your own, and occasionally they'll have a pancake breakfast for all guests (the macadamia+banana pancakes were wonderful!). There's also an evening social hour with pupu's (Hors d’Oeuvres) where you can get to know all the other guests and watch the beautiful sunsets.
Generally, all the other guests, when we were there, were in the 45+ age group, which for us, was an added bonus. All of the people we met there were very nice, and became like good neighbors and friends that were all sharing the little slice of paradise that we called home, even if only for a short time.
We were so happy to have discovered this great place to stay on Maui. The owner is very personable and a real pleasure to deal with. We will definately be going back to stay there again!

Hi Elen,
I just wanted to thank you for all your help and communication for our honeymoon. Your condo was impeccable and the location can't be beat. Grandma's was so good, we went twice. Bluewater rafting was so much fun! Got to swim with some sea turtles! The only disappointment was not seeing the sunrise over Haleakala. We went up twice and both times, it was raining with light snow, poor visibility and 45 mph gust of winds. So our horseback ride got cancelled too! Oh well, it gives us a reason to come back! We didn't plan on doing the road to Hana, but saw the self-guided CD in the condo and decided to give it a try. We only made it about halfway to the Garden of Eden and then came back, but the CD was great. The last day, we saw the whales breaching the water right from the beach! Unbelievable!! You bet I will recommend your unit to anyone interested in visiting Maui and hope to one day return ourselves! Thanks again!

Aloha Elen, I just wanted to send you a quick note of BIG THANKS! Your place and assistance were wonderful!!! My brother & I greatly enjoyed our 1st trip to Hawaii / Maui, it certainly will not be our last. Please know that the Kihei Sands and A6 are already being recommended to everyone! I guarantee you will hear from us again (hopefully sooner than later). I included a picture of us on the last evening, enjoying some of Nelson's great coffee and soaking in the amazing view! Mahalo!
