| The house could not have been more lovely from its amenities to its design. I loved the big front porch with a swing where our family could sit and read. The kitchen was big and modern which did not come across in the pictures. Also, the bedrooms were well designed. The skylights in the upstairs guest bedroom and bathroom are a warm touch. As for the location, it had something for everyone in our big family. We walked to the beach, walked to the tennis courts, and enjoyed the cute town. If you've not been to Lewes before, it truly is a hidden treasure along the shore. For July 4th weekend, they had a huge arts festival, parade, and fireworks on the beach. Again, I will just say that we had a lovely time and I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a summer vacation spot. |

| Mulberry Beach Cottage is a quintessential summer destination. Its ideal location to shops, restaurants, the bay and the beach make it very family-friendly. In no time, we were calm, relaxed and felt completely at home. It is the perfect anecdote to the daily stresses of life. |

| We were looking for a wonderful east coast vacation spot for our friends and family to gather and we found it in Mulberry Cottage. Excellent renovation and beautiful decor in a great location. It was very comfortable. One suggestion - a backyard picnic table would be a plus. Thanks! |

| Lewes is an ideal locale for a family vacation. Both our college-age and school age kids loved it and said they wouldn't mind vacationing here every year! The house is exceptionally well-appointed and maintained and just a short stroll from plenty of great restaurants. We tried almost all the restaurants in Lewes, and none disappointed. Great beaches and fishing nearby. Mulberry Cottage provided a thoroughly refreshing respite. Thank you for sharing your lovely home! |

We can't believe we've been driving past this wonderful little town all these years!!! I almost want it to be a secret! It was safe and close enough for my kids to ride or walk to the toy store and for ice cream everyday. We loved the bay beach where the kids could frolic without the crashing waves. My husband loves to ride and the state park was perfect for that with it's 3 mile trails.
Mulberry Cottage is a lovely place to stay. We loved how peaceful it felt and the simplicity of the decor. It fit our family very well. We loved our vacation and will definately return to Mulberry Cottage! |

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home! Mulberry Beach Cottage is absolutely delightful and one couldn't ask for a better location in Lewes.
What a treat it was to stay here and the porch swing was divine. All of the
amenities necessary for a comfortable stay were present.
We look forward to our next visit to Mulberry Beach Cottage. It won't come soon enough!

| Overall a wonderful experience. It was great for our 18month old daughter. A playground was within walking distance and so was the library for Wed am story time. It was wonderful being so close to 2nd Street. We also frequently walked the mile to the bay beach. Wish that the double beds could have been queens though. This is not the big screen TV/TV in every room type beach house. It is a very refined place, perfect for our needs. |

| A wonderful location for a quiet beach vacation! We spent a week in July-August '07 and with our two small children and had a few guests stop by. There are great restaurants in walking distance. The bay was mild for playing in the water and the ocean was only minutes away! And, of course, the house was lovely! We'll surely come back! |

| My family and I absolutely adored Mulberry Beach Cottage! The house is so welcoming that it instantly felt like home. We loved the front porch swing and the beautifully decorated house. The first floor bedroom was perfect for visiting family members who wanted more privacy! We'll be back next year! |

The Mulberry Beach Cottage is a fantastic place to stay. Our 11 month old even seemed to know it is special.
Very comfortable, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The house is light and airy and has everything you would want.
Don't miss the Saturday morning farmers' market only a two minute walk away!
We will return. |

porch at night enjoying the summer air. Lewes is
the perfect setting for a family vacation, all the
shops and restaurants are within easy walking
distance, and the beach is less than a 5 minute

| Mulberry Beach Cottage provides the unique experience of both a beach vacation and a quaint bed and breakfast weekend. The cottage itself is clean, spacious, bright and very-well laid out for multiple couples or families. Lewes is a wonderful, quiet seaside town that offers things for everyone- ice cream parlor, boutique shopping, upscale food, and history. All that and the beach! We've already booked our next visit to Mulberry Beach Cottage. |

| We had a fantastic week staying the house at Lewes. It has been renovated to a high standard, has lots of room and has a great vacation house feel. We enjoyed walking (short distance) from there into the old town centre and it was a great base for beaches and outlet shops in the local area. Six out of five stars! |

We have fallen in love with Lewes, Delaware! It is such a wonderful town that has everything for a great vacation. A quaint historic district, wonderful beaches, great shopping and a State park.
Mulberry cottage is the perfect place to stay. The location is ideal and the house is truly lovely. I wish I lived there all year round! |
