We absolutely loved our Christmastime stay at
John & Paul's bungalow! The house is just so
charming, comfortable and cozy. It is full of
enchanting details: antique books, pictures, dishes,
knick knacks, glass doorknobs, crown molding,
brass bed frame, unique light fixtures. In addition
to the elegant decor, we also really enjoyed the
holiday decorations and the outdoor Christmas
lights. All this, plus the freshest-smelling linens,
plump pillows and spare toiletries, speak to the
amount of love and thought that have gone into this
charming house.
Perhaps my favorite feature was the steam
shower. What a special treat!!! It was like having a
little spa to ourselves.
We alternated between relaxing at the bungalow
and going downtown for the sights and dining. We
had a blast catching the train from right outside the
front door. This arrangement was great for us. A
perfect blend of rest and play! And having an entire
house was so much better than renting a hotel
room for the same price! Thanks for such a terrific
10th Anniversary getaway!!!

| We had a wonderful stay at John & Paul's bungalow which was conveniently located close to everything Denver had to offer. The house itself was quaint and perfect for the four of us, and John & Paul were eager to address any issues or questions we had. If and when we travel back to Denver we would definitely stay in this house again. |

We spent a long weekend during the World Series at the Bungalo and had a great time. The location was great - only minutes on the light rail to downtown. There was plenty of secure parking and the small, locked and gated yard was perfect.
Although the house is older - it is evident that a lot of work has been done to modernize the place to make it very comfortable. The satellite tv and wireless internet was a welcomed surprise.
Paul and John were available and very easy for us to deal with.
A much better option than hotel rooms for our group's needs.
If you are looking for a comfortable and secure place with easy access to downtown, check this place out. |

| First visit to Denver and must say the bungalow was the way to go! The place was perfect and we all had a great time. Super convenient as the light rail was literally right out the front door and minutes from downtown. Such a better option then a hotel and I can’t say enough about how helpful and kind the owners were as we felt right at home from the first minute. Thanks again for everything and allowing us to enjoy your home. |

With some exceptions the property more than met epectations. Problem areas:
1. WiFi has a problem (Qwest fault)
2. No AC (only a window unit in main br)
3. DirecTV problems (limited channels)?
4. Limited electrical outlets (but it is a very old home, so this is to be expected)
5. Light Rail ceases operation early & promptly, so you can be paying cab fare quite often.
Yes, I would stay there again! This beats the heck out of a hotel room (unless you're staying somewhere that will cost many times more). |

My parents from Iowa have stayed in this house numerous times over the years and absolutely love your recent new additions to the house. They always comments on looking forward to taking the light rail to church downtown sunday morning and having coffee afterwards on the 16th street mall and people watching. Gives me the perfect break and they always want to come back and visit and see what else has happened!
