| Loon Lodge - what a beautiful place. We spent three nights here (August 27th - 30th) and loved it. The place has a gorgeous beach. There was no swimming for us because it was too cold during our stay to do that. We did a lot of walking, fishing, and visiting of nearby cities. Loon Lodge is a perfect place for two families to rent and split costs. We will recommend this place to our friends and family.We hope to come back next year and stay longer than this time. Thanks! |

We just want to say "thank you" for sharing your beautiful home with us last week. Everything was perfect! The beach is the best we have experienced, the bay is terrific on a windy NW wind day and the house was perfect for the 6 of us. The walleye fishing was great with 6 over 23", which were returned for others to enjoy, plus the keepers that provided a great meal. Relax.. sit by the fire at night and listen to the wonderful sounds including the soothing calls of our state bird and those memories of the office will quickly fade. We will see you in August of 2010

Rick,
We could not have asked for anything more. Your cabin was fabulous, and the view of the sunrise was breath taking. This was my first trip with my husband to Leech Lake. And the weather and fishing was were great. Took plenty of pictures, and of course had to show off all my Walleye's to the Guys at work. So we would just like to say it was a wonderful vacation and Thank You.

The remodel on your home looks wonderful - we thought it was very nice when we stayed there for 5 weeks last fall. Fall was a wonderful time of year to be there. The leaves were gorgeous and Jerry had awesome walleye fishing. We are looking forward to the 3 weeks we will be there this spring and maybe we'll be lucky enough to be back again in the fall '09! | I really dont think words could describe how beautiful, and comfortable your home is Rick. From the relaxing deck, the soft sand on the beach, to the relaxing nights by the campfire or just watching a movie on the couch, it was WAY more than what we hoped for. We brought a few things along with us that we thought we would need, but we were wrong. You have every necessity (campfire chairs, firewood, water toys, etc.) to have a weekend complete. I really look forward to staying at your home again. Thank you very, very, much for sharing your home with my family and friends. |

Rick, our families enjoyed staying at your lake home during July and we cannot wait until this year's vacation as we are coming back!! We just came back from the cabin and the Loons are singing, the fishing boats are out and downtown Walker stores and shops and getting ready for another wonderful summer. The horses are out again at the Moondance Ranch; ready for rides in the woods. The leaves are just beginning to come out on the trees and the dock will be put in soon. We are just finishing some final touches on our home to make it perfect for our guests vacations.
