| We have completed the rental of Emerald Cove for the third year. We are renting again for year number 4. Great house with all amenities to make you comfortable. We especially love spending many hours in the pool and spa as well as enjoying the beautiful sunsets by the canal. A very short trip to Ft. Myers and Sanibel beaches as well as the local Cape Coral beach. |

This was our second stay at this house. Once again it was wonderful and the house is in immaculate condition. This is a must stay house in the Cape Coral area. The pool and Spa were great.

| My husband and I rented Emerald Cove and invited our son, his wife and our 3 grandchildren down for a week. We loved the house! There was plenty of room for all of us and my husband and I had are own little secluded area in the masterbedroom with our own bath. The kids had their own rooms and baths and the kitchen made cooking and meals a breeze. The kids loved the pool and the dock where they spent lots of time fishing and playing. The house is close to everything (food stores, restaurants, Walmart etc...) and it is only 15 minutes to the beach. I would highly recommend this house for rental and would return in the future. |

| AWESOME! We took our 2 boys, ages 10 & 12, plus another family and we had a great time! The house has a nice floorplan for multiple guests! Everything was immaculate! The pool and lanai were a favorite by both adults and kids!! We would definately recommend this vacation home, and look forward to returning to it in the future! |
