| We met with 3 of my husband's cousins from Germany and their spouses and spent a wonderful week enjoying this beautiful home and the surroundings and couldn't have been more pleased. All the greenery was especially nice for us desert dwellers. Even saw 2 deer in the driveway. Sightseeing opportunities were nearby as were stores and restaurants. | This is a great property. This house provided great quarters for 11 people while we celebrated our 30 year Naval Academy reunion. Everyone was comfortable and had a great time. I highly recommend this home for any stay in the Annapolis area. Carla is a great host! |

Exquisite, beautiful home with total privacy and quiet. I needed a place to host relatives for an out of town wedding for my son and this house is a diamond with a platinum setting. Tastefully decorated in tranquil peace colors with a perfect wooded view. The neighborhood is upscale, quiet and close to eveything that Annapolis has to offer – only 2 minutes from the mall and grocery stores. Conveniently located near major highways, yet located near scenic routes.
The house easily accommodates 12 people with enough room for everyone to enjoy themselves or have privacy in separate areas of the house. I hosted 4 different families, varying ages and leisure desires and the home was PERFECT! We lacked for nothing and the home as every amenity necessary. I would gladly stay again. |

Seven of us shared this lovely home recently and had so much space. We were delighted with the setting and all the amenities. The house is so well-equipped - we were lacking for nothing. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this house to anyone.

| Woodlore is a fantastic home and fit our needs perfectly. We were traveling with 14 people in our group and didn't feel crowded at all in the home. The location was great (20 minutes to the Metro Rail for DC-goers). The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. Thank you, Carla! |

| We rented the house to attend my son's wedding in Annapolis. The house was so spacious that everyone had their own space and no one felt crowded. We loved the deck & mingled there every morning & night. This was so much nicer than staying in hotel rooms! The house made my son's wedding family get together so much more memorable! Carla is superb! |

| Woodlore was a wonderful, inviting home that fit the bill just perfectly for three couples. We had plenty of privacy but yet loved being able to discuss the day ahead of us over morning coffe or the sights we had taken in that day in D.C. after dinner in the evening. The house was very well appointed and very well maintained. After a quick trip to Safeway, we were set for the week. Many thanks to Carla for the quick responses to my many questions and for opening her home to us! |

My family rented the Woodlore House for a week around the occasion of my wedding and it was, in a word, ideal.
Great location, reasonable price, amazing amount of space, perfect situation for my mother who is quite ill and was able to have a home-base for her stay instead of a hotel room - and a main floor master bedroom, which is a must in her condition.
We enjoyed it immensely, and loved the fact there was enough space that we were able to have the rehearsal dinner and brunch the day after the wedding, right in "our house". It really did make the whole week so much more comfortable for everyone, and I want to thank Carla and Donna for being so helpful and friendly.
PS. Make sure you use the wafflemaker, it makes the best waffles! We didn't know there was one in the house, so my dad brought his down from Canada and I bought one - you can imagine our laughter when we realized we had 3 of them at our disposal! |

We rented for our 30th reunion at Navy and had 5 couples stay there. Lots of room and much better than 310 dollars a night at the Hotel downtown! Easy to rent and lots of room to park, we could have had a few more if needed. We cooked a big dinner there one night to beat the crowds in Town.

| Rental for wedding party to stay for shower weekend. More than we could have ever expected! Comfortable, relaxing, and private. Large open kitchen, spacious back deck, and three way fireplace had all guests in awe. Homeowner and property manager were great to work with! Highly recommend to anyone. |
