| AWESOME place!!! Thanks so much Terrance. The house was perfect. Very clean, lots of space and very comfortable beds. I recommend this place 100%. I will be staying there for all my trips to Pagosa Springs. |

The house was great and we had such a nice family
vacation there. The snow at Wolf Creek was
incredible- tons of powder - and the hot springs
were such a wonderful treat! It was a great place to
unwind. All the beds were comfortable, had nice
sheets, and the house was spacious. The location
would be good in other seasons, as well, since it's
right near the golf course. We'll be back! Thanks. |

| I thought the cabin was great, we went over Christmas to ski. The roads were fairly clear to get the main roads. Stores were a close drive away and we were in a nice area with quiet homes surrounding us. The kitchen could have used a few more kitchen essential, but it was overall a good experience. |

On a scale of 1-10 your place in an 11. It completely exceeded our expectations. We had a wonderful with almost all of the convienences of home. I hope that we get to do this again next summer...it truly was a great vacation.

| Hey Terrence! We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family getaway. The mountain top view was a wonderful sight every morning. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find with convenient access into Pagosa Springs and also for our road trip to Durango.
