Our family had a wonderful week in this home away from home. The dock and its' proximity to the channel made for an easy ride out to Cape Lookout for our family's favorite activities: fishing and sandbar hopping. The sunsets from the dock were spectacular! The neighborhood was private and a great place to get out and walk. Private gate access to the beach is perfect for families with children. The home was well stocked (kitchen, grill, outdoor shower, w/d, linens, etc.) and very comfortable. The owners were super to work with. Just a great place for a vacation! We'll definitely go back!

| This house is a little slice of heaven. We loved the cheerful decor. It is the perfect place to watch the sunset. Just walk down to the end of the dock for the perfect way to cap off your day. The house has a great view of the sound from the master bedroom and the sunroom. The sunroom and den are equiped with lots of puzzles and toys. They are great for relaxing and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill is huge. A basketball goal also kept my kids busy. The neighborhood is great for bike riding. There is a small park nearby with swings and badmitton. The beach access is clean and well kept. You'll have a great time! |

comfortable, well-equipped home. Was furnished with
everything needed. Outdoor hot-cold shower a big hit
with the fishermen in the family; also, the sturdy large
dock. Restaurants, groceries,etc. within a few minutes
drive. Gated beach access wonderful for the toddler in
the family. Very cooperative, pleasant, owner/family
to do business with. Great Time! |

| Boaters paradise! Very nice vacation home with boat lift and easy access to the ICQ. Completely remodeled and cozy. 2 baths and an additional outdoor hot/cold shower made it easy at the end of the day. Centrally located, clean, private community. We had a great time! |
