WOW!! This floating home is truely a special place. The setting is unbelievable and the location perfect for enjying the Portland area.
The home itself is top notch in everyway. Beautifully and luxuriously appointed and decorated. We stayed here for two weeks and were very sorry we had t leave. Perfect spot for a special vacation. |

| Wonderful home. Very well appointed kitchen and bathrooms, giant master bedroom and bathroom, beautiful design throughout. Our party consisted of four adults (two couples), and we all fit in quite fine. House is literally floating on the water, so each morning consisted of rolling out of bed onto the outside deck, where we enjoyed coffee while watching the local ducks, geese, and boaters make their way around the river. Hot tub on the second level looking out over the river adds a nice touch. Very relaxing location just a few minutes from the amenities of downtown. |

This "floating home" is a special place that made for a memorable vacation in Portland. Although the weather worked against us in regard to trying out the kayaks, it was just a joy to be in such a beautifully furnished, spacious and light-filled space. We were surprised at how quiet it was down on the river.
The view to the Sellwood Bridge was lovely and my husband enjoyed watching all the different birds that came and left footprints on the sandy shore.
Everything you might need is provided. A very nice grocery store is just up the ramp and across the street. There is public transit and a biking path nearby. This home is peaceful and quite perfect. We hope to visit again in the future. |
