We had an absolutely magnificent time enjoying our September '08 31st wedding anniversary trip in South Lake Tahoe. The cabin was perfect. It had everything we needed and we loved the hot tub, especially after a long hike. The bed was very comfortable and sitting on the sofa by the fire was sooo relaxing. I did not realize how cold it is already in Sept. Our host, Lou, was very helpful in recommending eating places and activities. I have told everyone I know, family and friends,that if they ever go to Tahoe stay at Lou's cabin. It is a must.

| We LOVE this cabin. We have vacationed at other cabins in the Tahoe area but this place exceeded our expectations from the very beginning. It was easy to find, looks just like the picture on the website, there are no neighbors on either side, and the hot tub was hot when we arrived. There are vaulted ceilings with wood beams; a beautiful fireplace in the living room, the kitchen has granite counter tops, beautiful floors, and new cabinets. There are two other bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs; everything is new. When you walk up the staircase it leads to the loft, master bedroom that also has wood beams and a private balcony, and second bathroom with dual shower heads. The owner called our first morning there; we were really impressed because it was Thanksgiving and were not expecting a call. He recommended local restaurant and attractions and made sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience to share our first Thanksgiving as a married couple. We will refer family and friends and visit ourselves again this coming year! |

Lou's house was a perfect retreat to enjoy the beauty of Tahoe! My family enjoys mountain biking, the savage way, and the house was just minutes away from a thrilling trail that was given to us by a local bikeshop! We also fished on the Carson River just 12 miles from his house!

| My family used the cabin last year; we adored it so much that we returned this March 2007. The cabin is clean and bright with vaulted ceiling, well situated and quiet. The master bedroom opens out to a spacious private sunny roof-top patio. The cabin is decorated with taste by a designer I believe. It comes with nice TV, DVDs, puzzles, board games, and a delightful hot tub that can highlight your day. The owner is conscientious, courteous and checks in at the appropriate moment to inquire about any needs. We will be back very soon to our Mountain Paradise. | We really liked this cabin. It's so comfy, clean, and quiet that you just want to relax with one of the provided music CDs and enjoy the beautifully decorated cabin. The bed was very comfortable. This cabin really does make a great retreat. As others have noted, Lou is very helpful and obviously puts a lot of care into his cabin. |

| This place is awesome! My family & I loved it & decided to stay at this cabin as a yearly tradition!! It’s definitely a home away from home with everything you need! The owner is extremely helpful & responsive & even allowed us to use his sleds! Last but certainly not least, the hot tub is magnificent. I absolutely recommend this cabin to anyone! |

This in not your normal Tahoe house with the dark brown carpets, this place is clean and fresh, what a great
place. Close to everything that Tahoe has to offer. Owner very helpfull, lets us use his sleds which was great.
Will go back again. |

| Our stay exceeded our expectations! My family decided we needed a getaway last minute and we were really lucky to have found this Mountain Paradise. It was so clean and it offered so much space. It had everything we could have wanted. The owner was so nice with sugguestions about the area, we couldn't have hoped for more. We will be back! Can't wait!! |

| Great Place! Everything is better than expected. Good size, very clean, cosy, perfectly equiped (with wireless internect access!!!): immediately the whole family felt like at home! The cabin is located in the middle of wood in a very quiet place furnished in a rustic way. Owner makes your stay perfect: everything is very well planned and easy. We definitely stay at this place again in the future. |

| Mom's Retreat at the Mountain Paradise was truly heavenly. Everyone gave it a thumbs up. The cabin was very clean, and it had all the comforts of home. It's a perfect place for a family getaway. I definitely plan on staying here again. |

| What a beautiful place! My family stayed here for Labor Day weekend, and everyone loved it. The cabin is tastefully decorated and everything is new and very clean--it's even nicer than what the photos indicate. The owner takes great pride in the cabin. The widescreen TV and hot tub are fantastic! There are plenty of gorgeous hikes in the area. I would definitely stay here again. |

My stay at Mountain Paradise was outstanding, the comfort level and amenities were way beyond my
expectations. I wish this place and its accommadations were available in more places. Mountain Paradise will be on my top place and only place to stay when visiting Tahoe. |

| Great place to spend a vacation in beautiful lake Tahoe. All amenities are top of the line. A personalized welcome letter and wireless Internet access are really the frosting on the cake. Yet a cozy place in the middle of the woods. Perfect for a family vacation. I highly recommend this Mountain Paradise and will definitely stay at this place again in the future. |

| Great place. Stayed there two times and definitely an A+ location, perfect size, very comfortable and clean. It is modern (internet wireless connection, dish washer, new hot tub,etc.) yet very rustic like a mountain cabin. Truely a paradise! I can't wait to stay there again!!! |
